Do you ever have thoughts like this:

👉 ‘Well, so and so is doing well so why aren’t I?’
👉 ‘That person didn’t mean to do that, I’m just being sensitive’
👉 ‘That meeting went bad because I didn’t do X’
👉 ‘I’m just overreacting, I shouldn’t feel that way’
👉 ‘I don’t have enough experience for that yet, so I won’t go for it’
👉 ‘There’s no way I can charge that’
