Australian Sheep & Wool Show 2025 - HAMPSHIRE DOWN

Congratulations to Boonong Park on being awarded Champion Hampshire Down ram and Champion Hampshire Down ewe at the 2025 Australian Sheep & Wool Show.

Congratulations to Aurora Park & Burandool Studs on being awarded Reserve Champion Hampshire Down ram and Reserve Champion Hampshire Down ewe.

Boonong Park then went on to win Supreme Hampshire Down ewe and Supreme Heritage Prime Lamb Exhibit. Congratulations Kane and Bridget!

Aurora Park went on to win Most Successful Exhibitor (Hampshire Down) and Reserve Champion ASSBA Interbreed Group. Congratulations Matt!

Australian Sheep & Wool Show 2025 - DORSET HORN

Congratulations to Hillend on being awarded Champion Dorset Horn ram, Champion Dorset Horn ewe and Reserve Champion Dorset Horn ewe at the 2025 Australian Sheep & Wool Show.

Congratulations to Timberlea on being awarded Reserve Champion Dorset Horn ram.

Hillend won all other classes including the Archie Wilson Memorial Trophy, and were awarded the Most Successful Exhibitor sash. Congratulations to the Grieve family, especially the ladies, who did all the showing. 😉😁🩷

Australian Sheep & Wool Show 2025 - ENGLISH LEICESTER

I'm not quite sure what to say about the English Leicester competition, as Melton Park from Tasmania pretty much "came, saw and conquered" and it could not have been more deserving for a gentleman who has dedicated his life to this beautiful breed. Congratulations, Brenton Heazlewood & Family.
Melton Park won Champion English Leicester ram, Champion ewe and Reserve Champion ewe, Best Hindquartered sheep, Group under 1&1/2, Supreme Champion (ram), the Duncan McGregor Trophy and Most Successful Exhibitor. Two further prizes in Interbreed made the 2025 Australian Sheep & Wool Show a most successful day for Melton Park.

Congratulations to Nant on being awarded Reserve Champion English Leicester ram and Best woolled sheep. Well done, George!

Australian Sheep & Wool Show 2025 - LINCOLN

Congratulations Garvald Stud on being awarded Champion Lincoln ram and Geelong Grammar on being awarded Reserve Champion Lincoln ram.

Congratulations to Garvald who went on to win Champion and Reserve Champion Lincoln ewe, while Geelong Grammar won Lincoln Group (Young ram and 2 ewes) and Most Successful Exhibitor.

Congratulations to Aurora Park & Burandool Studs on being awarded Champion and Reserve Champion Shropshire ram and Champion Shropshire ewe, as well as Supreme Champion Shropshire and Most Successful Exhibitor. Marilyn is pictured as the young ram is Clarendon bred.

You knew I had to do it, didn’t you?😁❤️ After watching Judge, Nick Cole, flick through the stunning fleece of the English Leicesters all day, I thought it only fair to share those luscious locks with you all. This is one of the Nant Stud’s English Leicester ewes. Nant also happened to win “ Best Woolled Sheep”. Not hard to see why, is it? 😍 Congratulations, George!
