Black Friday comes faster than most brands expect and if you start preparing in November, it’s already too late.
Every year we see the same thing: great products, strong offers, but poor deliverability. If your list isn’t clean or your flows aren’t ready, your emails might not even land where people can see them.
For brands it’s huge because most customers are ready to BUY, and if you’ve done the groundwork (built trust, kept engagement high, kept your list clean), you’ll see the results right away.
There are two key periods to keep in mind:
🖤 Black Friday - the last week of November, biggest discounts of the year.
🎁 Boxing Day - December 26, another wave of sales before the year ends.

• Make sure your audience is segmented and active.
• Test your sign-up forms and discount logic early, not during the rush.
