Think like your customer, not like a business owner.

We recently spoke with the owner of an e-commerce brand, and they told me they don’t have a sign-up form on their website because they find sign-up forms “annoying.” They were judging it based on their own experience, not their customers.

Don’t judge your customer’s behaviour based on your own. You’re biased. You’re a business owner.

They’re your audience, think like them.
