"I contacted a travel company who specialise in inclusive travel adventures," Nikayla Wood told Take 5. "After learning about the extent of my disability, they sent me a 10-day itinerary around the South Island, NZ, which included skiing, jet boating and even sky diving."

No one with Nikayla's level of disability had attempted these activities but she was willing to give it a go!

Hi Take 5ers, we've received the following message from Patty*, who asks: My partner, Greg, 57, loves a prank. At first, I thought it was funny; he would do harmless things like leaving a whoopee cushion on my chair, turning off the light when I was in the toilet, but they have become increasingly upsetting to me. About a month ago, he put a toy snake next to me while I slept, and I woke up in terror. I sternly told him no more, as it was getting too much. For a while, he stopped. About a week ago, he came back to the car with my iced coffee, and he started giggling when I finished it. I asked him what’s so funny, and he said he ‘pulled a prank’ on me, switching out my order of lactose-free milk for full cream milk to see if it was really as bad as I said it was. I spent the afternoon in the toilet. He says it was a harmless prank, but I don't think so anymore. What should I do?" *Name has been changed.
