Hot outside and need an activity to keep busy? Here’s a twist on frozen Dino eggs/ penguin eggs that is sure to be a hit for pokemon fans- frozen Poke balls!

Here’s how to make them:

1. put pokemon figurines (or any figurines you like!) into a balloon
‼️TIP: this is easiest to do if you stretch the whole neck of the balloon first- pokemon have lots of pointy ears and tails 😅

2. Stretch the opening of the balloon over the tap and fill enough with cool water to cover the Pokemon

3. Tie up the balloons and freeze overnight (TIP: put in patty cake pan/ muffin tin to encourage staying in a round shape)

4. Cut out of the balloons the next day and provide warm water with droppers/ warm water in a spray bottle/ a hammer to break the pokemon free!

This keeps kids busy for ages and was the perfect summer activity to do in the tuff tray, (ours is from )

‘What do you even do with them?’
I just knew that would be the first thing my mum said when she saw the extra stapelstein stones we got for Christmas 😑😅
My 4yo has never asked me that though. Their open-endedness is the reason I think he gravitates to them , and they have already been used in all types of play 🙌🏼

Our new rainbow stones were from (definitely dot be afraid to add to your collection slowly, that’s what we’ve done!)
