TRAVEL, MINDSET & ONE WORD!
I remember when I was as in a bad space mentally. I was over thinking my life and feeling so alone. I had to create change. I began thinking about words - so many words and caused me pain, it was now time for new words and words of encouragement, positivity and self awareness to be put back into my world.
I worked really diligently on me, and here I am today. 🔥🎉.
Once we’re healed, fixed, feeling at peace - or whatever you want to call it … then the life party can really begin! 🥳😇🤩
… and for me this includes travelling (probably my FAVOURITE word! ✈️).
I am …. Always planning a trip. Always on the discovery 👉which includes self discovery too.
Learning to stand in your own midlife - whether it is your second time round mastery, travels, coupledom or singledom! It’s our midlife time to shine.

When I was a little girl I couldn't’ get enough of people. I was happy, centred and gathered as much of life into me as I possibly could.
Hi, I am Penelope Hall.
I spent many years away from Adelaide, where I was born, travelling the world, living in around 7 countries all up. This fed my love of people, cultures and language.
Fast forward, in my 30’s I co-made 2 incredible children, who teach me every single day what life really is about.
Along the way, I have enjoyed many of my personal life passions, and that is sharing experiences with people from all over the world. I was an exchange student to Thailand for 12 months as an 18-year-old, and also shared my life with many different & amazing people. I spent the majority of my 20’s encompassing the combination of working and living in amazing places such as London, all over Europe, USA and South Africa.
A large amount of my career has been within the travel industry, making travel dreams come true for so many adventurers. I have travelled the world extensively!
As I matured, life taught me many lessons. One being, my very own SUPERPOWERS and the inexplicable pull I have had my whole life, for MORE.
Enter DOMESTIC ABUSE and this inexplicable pull I had toward people who controlled me. I allowed this to happen.
I was pushed about, spat on, yelled at, put down, tormented, mentally twisted, joked about, defamed, judged, abused in public and forced to do things that went against every value grain within my soul (which had all but been beaten down).
*Domestic violence has no place in my life, nor does it yours.
*Self Worth means everything to me, and I’ll help you find yours.
*Believing+seeing your dreams come true is something I am a Master (or is it Mistress??) of.
*I show you the how-to of setting yourself FREE.
We seek, tweak and implement. Results can come as fast as you are willing to make the changes.
4 Years ago I was brave, very brave. I didn't feel like it at the time, but I did something that impacted the course of my life today, tomorrow and always. I didn't have any visible scars to show and yes it's been quite a journey. I am now on the "other side" of my life.
Speaking and living from personal experience I am here to guide, support and understand Together we connect, focus AND we work to achieve results. I am all about "Making Bloody Good Life Choices".
