We will choose one of these, all of us will choose. Or if we have enough ladies for each, we can do both on different dates (maybe).

The theme is ‘adventurous connection’. Not staying in one solo place but experiencing the sights and senses as one!

(Dates are set to not coincide with and we are outside most schools holidays)

🇲🇦Option 1 Morocco May 2026 (set your imagination to …. sunsets, Sahara desert (Game of Thrones), a camp stay, camel ride, a mountain walk, flowy dresses, traditional foods like no other, blue coloured cities, beaches, fireside dancing, connection, sand dune rides, hot air balloons)

🇻🇳 Option 2 Vietnam May ‘26 (done very differently than you might think, even if you’ve been before …. like, happy hours, up time, down time, giggle time, American jeep car exploration, train street, chill in a row boat through caves, massages, overnight cruising, street food walkies, panoramic mountains, 500 step challenge, a magical town that feels like France, and more!)

Oh, Woo fricken fricken hoo, menopause can even come with! 😆 All you have to do is grab that little blue / red / green book (ie. passport to adventure and fun!) show up … I’ve done all the heavy lifting for you 😘.

•2027 Eat Pray F🍆ck! (Midlife Couples only, we’re going to Greece, Italy, Portugal!) …. And yes you heard the title of the tour correctly … you don’t even have to eat or pray 😉 just sayin’! dates TBA

Where’s your next travel dream taking you to? ✈️🥰

I remember vividly having a conversation with someone I used to be friends with a long time ago.

Standing on my driveway, I said to her “is this as good as it gets, surely life is better than this?”

She replied “yep this is it, this is your life, this is as good as it gets”.

I truly refused to believe this, and her statement sat with me for years, it still does.

I was in a very unhappy relationship at the time and I was stuck. Really, really stuck.

I was running my own travel business under the flagship of another company, I had very young children, a busy social life, travelled for work sometimes and I had this day to day grind with someone I was desperate to get away from.

What does this have to do with travel?

I have always had vivid visions of what I wanted out of life. As a kid I planned how it would be. I travelled overseas young and thrived on cultures, languages and connections.

Adventurous. Fun. On the go. Yum, yum, keep serving this up!

“As good as it gets” ~ it just didn’t sit well with me. It doesn’t look good on me.

When I travel I unravel.

I become unstuck.

When I travel I am the freedom.

I am the seeker.

My life feels big.
Adventurous.
Comforting.
Exciting too.
It ticks all the boxes.

It may only be a short vacay, a miniature getaway or for business but I’m in my element when I’m wings up!

Flying, seeking, learning and refreshing.

Whilst I cannot always be on the road travelling, I retain that feeling of how complacency isn’t a good fit for me - and by planning and always dreaming about my next adventure and I incorporate how it feels in life, even at home.

Listen to yourself when creating dreams. If you too know there’s more out there for you, then YES there probably is. Whether it’s planning the journey or being immersive on it.

If you’re someone who also loves life, big on living without regrets and gets inspired by making dreams come true, we probably can be friends 🥰.

“As good as it gets” ……. Nah! No. Nope.

I know falling in love is difficult at midlife, believe me I know how much bravery it took me to really fall into it again. I had a great drama free single life after some turbulent years (decades!).

I know at midlife we all have triggers, we all have a past to bring with us and to still live with in a new relationship. A healed version of it.

I know we're all exhausted from parts of our life. Yet have incredibly fond memories of the other parts. Yes?

I know it all. I get it all. I have the
T-shirt too! 🥹

I also know the feeling that when you do find someone who really does take the time to understand you, is evolved enough to understand your quirks, your needs, your tolerations, and yes all of your triggers too 🥰.

I never really knew what love was until now. My first love was full of passion and pain because I knew no different and I was hurt, a lot. So I shut my heart off for almost 30 years! True story.

I never, ever loved again until now, my late 50’s, that's a lot of years under my belt. I trusted nobody with my heart, mind or body.

I know many older age singles are happy being single, I was too. I'm not needy, I don't need anyone to make me happy, I’m independent and nor do I need another person to complete me.

What the love that I have found does for me though is it completes the 'lifestyle' and safety that I had been searching for my whole life. I’m happy. Safe. In perspective.

…. And for this I am very proud of myself for stepping into what was a big fear, I was terrified to let go, to open my vulnerability ~ I questioned if I was being silly to try love again after so long.

A widespread global trend of older singles remaining single. This is super okay of course, we all have to do ourselves ~ but if you are also someone like me who really wanted / wants to find love, I know first hand it is out there.
