Hi everyone,
It’s been a while and I haven’t even let you know about my latest!!
The new podcast episode features the incredible Tanishka - aka The Moon Woman. She is an extremely well researched wise woman who holds much knowledge in the area of rites of passage. My son recently turned 12 and being keen to provide him with a healthy and supportive transition into manhood, I felt compelled to explore the available options to honour his passage. Tanishka delved deep into this topic, which is essentially relevant to people of all ages.

A few topics we covered:
-The archetypal phases of of womanhood and manhood.
-What are rites of passage.
-Why do we need ritual and ceremony.
-Why these essential ceremonies were outlawed.
-Why people stay stuck in their childhood wounding.
-The power of initiation.

Side note: Due to experiencing extreme brain fog that day, I edited the crap out of this episode! My impeding perimenopausal phase seemed to kick into overdrive that day, oh boy, the timing!! I have since rained it in with various protocols… so I hope you can be patient with me and that the power of Tanishka’s wisdom shines through in spades offering some insightful information.

Yes!! Intuition is a superpower that we are ALL blessed with ✨ Do you listen to your internal guidance? ...I think we forget to use it at times and the mind will override it, to keep us 'safe' and in the comfort zone. Like Donna says in the latest episode - intuition is not always logical - so, it will challenge us and can be scary to follow.
