Unfortunately over the past weekend, the 'Big Tree' in Guildford, Victoria suffered heavy storm damage. The well-known tree, estimated to be between 500 and 1000 years old, won the National Trust's 'Tree of the Year' award in 2023. Work is underway to conserve the branches lost and ensure the safety of the tree.
