War Ship On The Horizon!

Introducing the first of ZIA CHILL releases on Rock The Om Record Label after a long hiatus. .

Zia wrote the music and filmed near Centaur Park on Kings Beach Headland, Queensland as a tribute to the 268 (of total 332) on board who lost their lives in the sinking of Centaur, The Australian Hospital Ship (AHS).
Centaur was torpedoed and sunk by an enemy submarine during World War Two. While the Centaur was marked as a hospital ship with Red Cross symbols, it was still attacked and sunk, which is a VIOLATION OF INTERNATIONAL LAW.

In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), His Holiness, the Dalai Lama advises to chant the ‘Tara Mantra’ as it would be “beneficial for effectively containing the spread of the virus”.

His Holiness communicated that chanting the Tara mantra as much as possible could help contain the spread of the pandemic.

The Tara Mantra is “Om tare tuttare ture Soha”.
A Mantra is a repeated phrase or prayer aligning body, mind and emotions to achieve a specific task or state.

Written, vocalised and co-produced by Zia Moreau, the Corona Healing Prayer features powerhouse flute player, Caroline Trengove.

Produced and mixed by UK’s Geoffrey Ahn, The Corona Healing Prayer is the follow-up collaboration to their Dance/Club chart hit “The Cool”. Geoffrey and Zia released this track as a prayer for peace and healing in these radical and momentous times.

A powerful acknowledgment from USA’s Secretary of State.

“Magical” was written by Rock The Om artist Zia as a tribute to young Naomi Scherr who, at age 13, lost her life in the Mumbai terrorist attack of 26/11. A fusion of trance, pop, and EDM, Magical was produced by UK's Geoffrey Ahn.

Rock The Om artist, Zia, performs a raw funky bass and acoustic guitar solo show at Noosa Reef Hotel’s Annual Beer Craft Festival 3 – 6 pm. Proceeds from $5 ticket entry are to be donated to the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Brisbane. We wish her the very best for her performance on her birthday and may she rock the joint for the expected 3000 people!
