A bit about Seetali:
Seetali Mack is a Melbourne-based producer, songwriter, musician, and composer whose dynamic approach to music has positioned her as a rising force in the industry. With a foundation in guitar that evolved into a deep passion for production, she crafts immersive soundscapes that bridge the worlds of pop, electronic, and cinematic music.
Her artist project, SEETALI, has amassed over 1.4 million streams, with her debut album It’s Not You; It’s Me earning critical acclaim. Recognized for her technical expertise and creative vision, she has been mentored by leading industry figures, including Sophie Forrest and Beatrice Lewis (Haiku Hands) through The Push’s Electronic Music Accelerator, and Ben Stewart (Slowly Slowly) through APRA AMCOS’s 321 Session. She was also one of just two interstate participants selected for the Women of Music Production Perth’s 2023 Writers Camp, where she collaborated with Jaguar Jonze, Stella Donnelly, and Sparrows.
Seetali’s versatility extends beyond production and songwriting. As Musical Director for Kaiyah mercedes at the Palais Theatre, she orchestrated a performance opening for Leo Sayer and Joe Camilleri. Her work in film composition has also garnered recognition, earning a 2023 Visionnaire Award nomination for Best Original Score, with additional acclaim at the 2024 St Kilda Film Festival.
Her contributions to the industry have been widely recognized, with media coverage in Music Feeds, Scenestr, Mixdown Magazine, Australian Music Scene, and more. She continues to collaborate with emerging and established artists, including Kevin Silvester and 2024 Music Victoria Award nominee Magdalia.
