City of Melton residents - drop off your green and garden waste for free until this Wednesday, 15 January. We expect that the site will be busy and there may be wait times. Thanks for your understanding and patience.

Available to both property owners and renters in the City of Melton, this initiative encourages people to prepare their property for fire season. The Melton Recycling Facility is open seven days a week between 8am and 4:30pm

Can't make it? Don't forget you can use your green bin which is picked up fortnightly. If you don’t have a green bin and would like one, let us know by completing the bin change form: melton.vic.gov.au/bins

Caroline Springs Boulevard and Rockbank Middle Road intersection update
Works on the southeast corner of the intersection are complete and the team will be changing the barriers so that work on the last section can begin on Thursday 12 December.

This means there will be some changes to the way you travel at the intersection of Caroline Springs Boulevard and Rockbank Middle Road intersection.
There will no longer be a split lane heading south on Caroline Springs Boulevard to Rockbank Middle Road and traffic will now turn left at the intersection.
Traffic driving along Caroline Springs Boulevard can travel straight through or turn left. Traffic driving along Rockbank Middle Road traffic can turn left.
Traffic management and reduced speed limits are in place to ensure motorist travel safely around the work site.

This is the third year of a three year trial for CCTV cameras around Lake Caroline and we want your feedback.
