It’s Global Accessibility Awareness Day! At IC, we believe accessibility isn’t just a checkbox – it’s smart business!

We help brands and products unlock their full audience potential through:
• Accessible website audits, plus updates where needed
• Inclusive marketing and communications that engage more customers
• Diverse sales strategies and campaigns that work for everyone

In Tasmania, over one-quarter of the population identify as having a disability, 1 in 70 are on the spectrum, nearly 50% are considered illiterate, and both our ageing and non-English speaking communities are on the rise – which is why good accessibility is not just 'feel good', it's actually good business!

Our customised Accessible Website Audits and marketing campaigns are tailored to your needs, with insights drawn from real client case studies. Pricing depends on the scope, which we identify in an initial chat that's on us – so it’s both inclusive and informed.

⭐ What a night! ⭐ The Qantas Australian Tourism Awards in Adelaide were an extraordinary celebration of the best of the best, and Tasmania was right there among the stars!

The photo montage video captures just a glimpse of the magic, including a surprise wedding proposal on the big stage!

IC Agency Directors Sunny and Sam joined our states' and nations' finest for an unforgettable evening in support of our Tasmanian finalists and Aquila Eco Retreat

The pre-function, attended by the Premier and Tourism Tasmania Board members, then formed a group powerwalk across the river bridge, led by a joyful and energetic New Orleans style band — the perfect opening act for what was to come.

Inside the Convention Centre, the night sparkled with glitz and glamour, with a festival theme. A powerful Welcome to Country, a moving choir performance, five-star gourmet cuisine, and the finest SA wines created an atmosphere of pride, inspiration, and celebration.

To all the incredible Tasmanian tourism operators representing our beautiful island, thank you for our inclusion, your excellence, and your encouragement. You continue to inspire us to keep doing what we do.

"Hi Sunny & Sam, CONGRATS! To have a national judge mention it was one of the best is indeed impressive and must've played a part in us receiving the awards we did. We were delighted to receive a 'Highly Commended' award at the National Tourism Awards. Again, well done, team!"

As we march into April, what a month it was! We’ve been all over the place, and it's been an absolute joy! From the rugged West Coast to the tip of Flinders Island, we've had a jam-packed month, filled with humanity and creative adventures.

And what a diverse range of people, opportunities and positive outcomes we enjoyed on the journey, including;

🧠 Visualised a Mental Health Map to support communities on the North West Coast.

🔍 Formulating an accessibility audit for a critical sexual assault service in the South.

🎨 Shaped a grant submission and marketing plan for a ground-breaking creative festival on the East Coast.

🥂 Won a branding tender for a 5-star tourism development on the wild West Coast.

🎗️ Empowered a cancer-based support foundation to grow its awareness and impact statewide.

🚭 Crafted a culturally grounded anti-smoking campaign strategy for Flinders Island and Indigenous communities around the state.

🌟 And then… we rubbed shoulders with the best at the Australian Tourism Awards in Adelaide — backing our amazing tourism industry and clients and cheering for every finalist and winner with pride.

We’re deeply grateful for our clients we're privileged to support, their stories we bring voice and image to, and the passionate innovators, change-makers and cause-champions we proudly walk alongside.

If you’re looking for a uniquely skilled creative and marketing partner who’ll meet you wherever you are (geographically and philosophically), we’re here! Because with us, it starts with you.

A wonderful event for International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD) in the Hobart Mall today. And nice work from the IC Agency team for designing the event posters and championing accessible creative work to support such initiatives.

The day came alive with music, dance, and song performances from various disability support groups and organisations. The energy and enthusiasm drew the attention of people passing by, many of whom joined in the celebrations!

And the market stalls showcased incredible creative artworks and products, alongside informational booths offering guidance on disability-related recreation, technology, and support services.

A big congrats to the City of Hobart for their continued leadership in staging inclusive community events.

(Q) How did three North West communities come together to design a logo? (A)"We engaged a design agency who had the skills and enthusiasm to come on the co-design journey with us. They visited each community and talked to parents about parenting, place, and community" – client quote

Recently we had the pleasure of working with Burnie Works and in partnership with the University of Tasmania, embarking on a journey to co-design and implement the North West First 1000 Days project with the community.

Together, we began exploring how community-led approaches to parent education can improve outcomes for children, families, and communities.

The project aims to produce resources using four “quadrants” of focus – connection, nutrition, caring, and movement – to help parents and carers involved in the project communicate what they are learning and finding.

During the co-design process, we met an amazing bunch of diverse people passionate about their local communities, all with unique perspectives and lived experiences. They are the heart and soul of this remarkable project - inspiring positive change, fostering connection and making a lasting impact through their efforts. The true spirit of community!

So we couldn't be happier to have lent our professional hand in helping to consult, brand and build awareness of such an important information and support initiative. And everyone is loving the clothing and merchandise adorned with their individual logos :)

Recently we had the pleasure of attending the Tasmanian Tourism Awards as guests of our client Aquila Eco Retreat. And what an amazing night it was!! 🎉

Aquila was a finalist in three categories 🤩 Eco Tourism, Unique Accommodation and People's Choice, walking away with GOLD🥇in Eco Tourism and SILVER🥈for Unique Accommodation!

A massive achievement and so well deserved 👏 They still can't believe they won (as you can tell by their reaction in the photos).

But we know the level of passion, persistence, and investment they have made over the last few years. As well as the wonderful relationship we enjoy in helping them reposition and market the property in a sophisticated but authentic way.

So a big thanks to Alice and Jason for the journey we've experienced together so far, and their unwavering support of our unique Agency. Also thanks to Destination Southern Tasmania for their ongoing industry support and all the hard work behind the scenes.

The apple 🍏 doesn’t fall far from the tree! Daughter, Rosie has some new artwork 🖼️ up on her website, From Paddock to Paint - and using art to convey our connection to animals in food systems. She turns 21 this month and I’m utterly proud of her and my son Charlie who has supported her all her life despite being the ‘little brother’. Go kids! (Barbara Gordon - I’m not referencing you!)
Thanks Inclusive Creatives for your mentorship and enjoying the obnoxiousness of the goat!
