Just Jazz... 24/7

ABC Jazz broadcasts the best improvised music from Australia and around the world. We play jazz 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - showcasing new music, rare finds, classic albums from across the history of jazz and even our very own live and studio recordings. You can find us on Digital TV (channel 201), Digital Radio (DAB+), the ABC Listen App and online via the ABC Jazz website. You can also listen to ABC Jazz internationally via various third-party streaming platforms like TuneIn.

In 2020, our weekly presented schedule will include Mornings with Megan Burslem (weekdays from 8am), Jazztrack (full show Sundays from 4pm with highlights at 12pm and 4pm throughout the week), a jazz-in-concert series called Jazztrack Live (Saturdays from 4pm), Upbeat with James Valentine (Sundays from 9am) and a more relaxed nightly playlist titled The Dinner Set (hosted by Monica Trapaga on Fridays from 7pm). We also spin a weekly Feature Album and celebrate an historic LP in our Classic Album series. Finally, each month ABC Jazz will be inviting an Australian jazz musician to present music important to them in our new Artist in Residence series - kicking off with Mike Nock appearing on air every day at 2pm.
