📣 YARD STORMING – A TOOL FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH PADDOCK 🐄 🐂🧠

Here’s a little something I’ve been working on called “Yard Storming” – something a bit more relatable for us rural folk.

I know when life’s pressures build up and your mind’s stuck in the race, it can feel like there’s no clear gate to head through. That’s when it helps to draft out what’s in your head – just like you do with cattle. Sort it, pen it, and figure out what needs dealing with now… and what can wait.

Use this visual aid to help you:
🔹 Focus on what you can control
🔹 Let go of what you can’t
🔹 Remind yourself of your recent wins
🔹 Spot what’s weighing you down
🔹 Prioritise what needs doing right now

Sometimes, all it takes is a good draft to get your mental mob in order.

Inland Rail representatives attended the May MCPI General Meeting and informed us of their upcoming information sessions in the district. These sessions will have specialists available in the fields of flooding and hydrology, noise and vibration, ecology and also project engineers to talk about any design related issues.
