I love R&D and pushing the boundaries of immersive experiences. As such I often forget to celebrate some achievements that have been made along the way. Google is a great tool to get your information to the right people, like your customers in the local neighbourhood. Like this small yet fabulous Japanese food outlet where I sometimes take my darling for lunch on Mondays on her day off. For them, good and honest reviews matter, as they can be part of the customer's decision making process. If surprisingly only as little as 10% of those actively looking in those last few months liked what they see, in a 1000 this is 100 new customers. If it's indeed half, this could be 500 new people walking in in only a short period. Do your numbers and multiply by the average purchase.
