🌹 Volunteer Call-Out: Final 5 Somatic S*x Coaching Sessions (By Donation) 🌹

Hi beautiful community,

I’m in the final stages of my certification with the Institute of Somatic Sxxology and have 5 volunteer sessions left to complete. I’m opening these final spaces by donation for those who feel curious, ready, or called to explore this work.

These sessions weave together talk-based coaching and body-based (somatic) practices, and may include:

💗 Guided breathwork and embodiment tools
💗 Nervous system regulation and emotional processing
💗 Education around pleasure, desire, consent & boundaries
💗 Space to explore your stories around intimacy, sexuality, or blocks

This is a fully clothed, non-touch, confidential space where your experience is honoured with deep care and respect.

You don’t need to be “struggling” to receive value from this work, it’s for anyone wanting to feel more connected to themselves, their bodies, their pleasure, and their truth.

Who I’m calling in:
🌈 Individuals of any gender or orientation
💜Open and willing to engage in gentle somatic inquiry and reflection
💚 Located in NE Vic or open to online sessions

Sessions are by donation — simply offer what feels aligned and accessible.

🌹 Calling Couples for Somatic Sxx Coaching Sessions (By Donation) 🌹

Hi everyone,

As part of my training with the Institute of Somatic Sxxology, I’m looking for a few couples to volunteer for coaching sessions. These sessions are by donation, and are a chance to explore intimacy, connection, and communication together in a safe and supportive space.

What the sessions can include:
💗 Simple breathwork and body awareness tools for couples
💗 Learning how to regulate stress and emotions together
💗 Conversations around pleasure, desire, consent, and boundaries
💗 Space to look at patterns, intimacy blocks, or new ways of relating

Everything is fully clothed, no-touch, confidential, and held with care and respect.

I’m especially calling in couples who:
✔ Want to deepen their connection
✔ Are open to gentle reflection and guided practices
✔ Can join either in NE Vic or online
