Growing up, this meal was a regular in so many homes 😍. Including mine😜😜
Beans was — and still is — a **super meal**! We could pair it with almost anything: garri, pap, ripe plantain, yam… sometimes we would even *pour the garri on top* and just enjoy it like that 😄. Simple but unforgettable!

Looking at this plate today brings back all the childhood memories.
And honestly, in this kind of weather, a bowl of hot beans with cold garri hits differently! 😋🔥
