MT GR DRUM KIT is a beautiful TAMA kit recorded and sampled at Golden Retriever Studios in Marrickville, Sydney. We used multiple beautiful mics and ran it through an amazing tape machine.

MITCH VIOLIN PIZZ is a little library that took a while to record… it’s a close-mic library of 4 dynamic levels on the G string of my brother’s violin. Reminiscent of elements from the Sherlock Holmes OST by Hans Zimmer.

KL DRUM KIT is a funky garage-esque kit which was owned and sampled by a good friend of ours in his sharehouse! We love the unique funky sound it brings and the life you can hear within the drum kit.

GH DRUM KIT is a beautifully recorded & sampled drum kit owned by a renowned Jazz/Blues/Funk/Latin drummer from Sydney.

Recorded at Golden Retriever Studios in Marrickville, with an amazing microphone setup and ran through their tape machine, you’re bound to enjoy the life and experience behind this instrument.

My mate's dad has a jazz/funk/latin band. They were recording an album a year ago, and i attended the recording. After the drummer was done, i asked if they could stay another 30mins to record 5 to 6 dynamic levels for each part of the kit, so i could make it into a Kontakt instrument. They did. And...

A good friend lent us his Casio Sk1 for a few months and of course we meticulously sampled it. Through tasty preamps and yummy gear. Yum.
