Regina Danielsā€™ Medical Report Emerges, Tested Positive For C0caine

A detailed medical report has emerged alleging that Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, wife of Senator Ned Nwoko, has been battling severe substance abuse involving c0caine, m@rijuana, alc0hol and other hard dr^gs.

The report, issued by Serenity Royale Hospital in Abuja and signed by its Managing Director/Head of Clinical Services, Dr. Adekunle Adesina, covers her detoxification programme from September 9 to October 15, 2025. It indicates that Daniels tested positive for multiple psychoactive substances, including m@rijuana, c0caine, m0rphine, 0piates and high levels of alc0hol.

According to the document, the hospitalā€™s psychological emergency unit was called to the Nwoko residence on September 23, when Daniels had reportedly not slept for 48 hours and was ā€œvisibly aggrĀ£ssiveā€. She was said to have been engaged in a heated argument with her husband and mother on arrival.

The report noted that Daniels presented with verbal aggrĀ£ssion, anger, agitation, and incongruent affect, with her mood described as ā€œelated and evasive.ā€ She was diagnosed with substance use disorder, prompting the commencement of home-based detoxification on September 24.

POLITICS NIGERIA learned that Family members were invited to assist with the treatment, with the hospital warning that relatives who also used dr*gs should stay away from the actress to avoid jeopardising her recovery.

Withdrawal Symptoms and Challenges

The hospital outlined several challenges encountered during the detox process, including:

Frequent outings and social engagements
Free access to dr*g-using friends and family members.
Uncontrolled access to the client during treatment.
Work-related activities.
Superficial thrombophlebitis.

Despite some mental stability, the report concluded that Daniels had made little progress in substance withdrawal because she ā€œstill has access to psychoactive substances, hence frustrating the process.ā€

The hospital recommended stricter monitoring, avoidance of high-risk environments, and regular psychotherapy sessions to strengthen the detoxification effort.

SenNed Nwoko breaks the silence .
These videos show Reginaā€™s brother, Sammy, often coming to my house to disturb my children and workers, especially when I wasnā€™t around. His visits were always loud and aggressive.

I helped Sammy a lot in the past. I paid for his last two years at the University of Ekpoma, bought him musical instruments, rented and furnished an apartment for him in Abuja, and even bought a house in Asaba for Reginaā€™s family before our marriage. I also gave her mother, Rita Daniels, regular allowances ā€” I transferred ā‚¦125 million to her in the last two years.

When Regina started rehabilitation, doctors said no one should visit her, especially those who encouraged her drug use. I agreed because I had noticed her strange behavior ā€” staying awake for two days, eating every two hours, and acting under the influence of drugs. But Sammy, Destiny, Sonia Uche Montana, and others kept sneaking into the house and bringing her the same drugs she was being treated for. They disobeyed all instructions and ruined the doctorsā€™ efforts.

Sammy and his friends were also using these drugs. They were the ones who first introduced Regina to them. I donā€™t drink, smoke, or eat meat, so their behavior disgusted me.

One night around 4 a.m., I found Regina high and on the phone in my room. She said Sammyā€™s girlfriend was in her room. That girl was one of the people supplying Regina drugs, so I told my driver to take her out of the house. Thirty minutes later, Sammy came shouting and threatening me for sending his girlfriend away. He caused a big scene, waking everyone up. I told my security to push him out. His boldness showed how badly drugs had affected him.

They also insulted police officers stationed at my house to protect Regina. Whenever Regina wanted to go out and I wasnā€™t around, she would shout and insult the staff and police until they let her leave. Sometimes, she wouldnā€™t return until the next morning. Once, she said she was at a nightclub all night with friends who also used drugs. Another time, on the kidsā€™ birthday, she left for dinner with her friends and didnā€™t return until the next day.

Her excuse was always that drugs are part of the ā€œcelebrity lifestyle,ā€ something she learned from her mother and some popular singers.

It was painful watching her recovery fail because her siblings and friends kept bringing her back into addiction. Everyone in the house lived in fear and tension because of their constant fights and drama.

The day Reginaā€™s siblings came to my house, attacked my staff, and took her away, they recorded and posted a video to make it look like something else happened. That video was shot in front of my own house while I was away. Nobody beat her, and no thugs were sent anywhere. It was all staged for attention.

Sammy needs to focus on his life and music career instead of interfering in Reginaā€™s life. I even offered to send him abroad for his masterā€™s, like his brother Lawrence, but he refused. He has been arrested a few times by the police and EFCC. What he truly needs now is rehabilitation before his violent behavior gets worse.
