UPCOMING UNIVERSITY LECTURES & ACADEMIC DIALOGUES at PDKS ROS PBX ALEXANDRINA VICTORIA II — International University of Humanity — PDKS Royal of Sovereign
The universities are pleased to announce upcoming lectures and academic dialogues covering international law, maritime law, sovereignty, dynastic law, international treaties, cultural heritage, political history, and the wider relationship between law and humanity.
The programme will explore Hukum Laut Nusantara: Dari Hukum Adat Leluhur → Deklarasi Djuanda → Asas Kepulauan di UNCLOS 1982, examining the historical development of the Nusantara concept of maritime unity and its relationship with modern international law.
Another lecture will examine Kearifan Luhur Nusantara, Nilai Universal, & Prinsip Kedaulatan dalam Piagam PDKS 1989, focusing on cultural heritage, sovereignty, humanitarian principles, and the relationship between local wisdom and universal values.
The academic programme will also feature International Treaty Law, Interstate Financial Relations & the Impact of Termination of Treaty Relations, addressing the legal relationship between treaty obligations, status, financial facilities, and economic stability.
A further lecture will examine The Law of Titles, Degrees & Dynastic Honors in International Treaties, considering the legal character of honorary titles, privileges, dynastic recognition, and their distinction from territorial sovereignty.
The programme continues with Dynastic Heirs Law & Lineage Unification, exploring genealogy, succession, the historical union of dynastic houses, and questions surrounding inheritance and lineage.
Another important dialogue will focus on Hukum Kedaulatan, Amanah Kekuasaan & Warisan Lintas Peradaban, examining sovereignty as a responsibility, protection of cultural heritage, natural law, and the relationship between law, ethics and humanity.
The universities will also present International Treaty Law & Alignment of Two Legal Systems, opening discussion on the relationship between international agreements, national law, institutional status, constitutional principles, and the practical challenges that arise when different legal frameworks intersect.
Finally, the academic series will present Warisan Pemikiran & Karya Ilmiah HRH Princess Marie Alexandrina Bathilda / Dr. Maria Basilissa Notou, examining her recorded scholarly work across law, politics, diplomacy, medicine, psychology, theology, education and humanitarian thought.
These lectures and dialogues are intended to encourage serious academic discussion, historical inquiry and wider public understanding of the relationship between law, sovereignty, culture, international relations and humanity.
