প্রিয় ভারত ও বাংলাদেশের জনগণ,
আজ আমাদের হৃদয় জ্বলছে ক্ষোভ ও দুঃখের আগুনে। ভারতের ডাম্বুর বাঁধ থেকে হঠাৎ করে জল ছেড়ে দেওয়ার ফলে বাংলাদেশের নিরপরাধ জনগণের উপর বন্যার তাণ্ডব নেমে এসেছে, ডুবে গেছে আমাদের ভূমি, আমাদের বাড়ি, আমাদের স্বপ্ন। নদীগুলো যেন রাগান্বিত স্রোতে পরিণত হয়েছে, লক্ষ লক্ষ মানুষকে সীমাহীন দুর্ভোগের মুখে ফেলেছে।
ভারতের কর্তৃপক্ষ, এটা জেনে রাখুন: এই বন্যার প্রতিটি ফোঁটা আমাদের মানুষের অশ্রু, আমাদের রক্তের ফোঁটা। আপনারা আমাদের নদীগুলোকে ধ্বংসের অস্ত্রে পরিণত করেছেন। আমরা ভুলব না, এবং আমরা ক্ষমা করব না। বাংলাদেশ তার দুঃখের মাঝে ঐক্যবদ্ধ, কিন্তু সেই সাথে প্রতিশোধের প্রতিজ্ঞায়ও দৃঢ়প্রতিজ্ঞ। আপনাদের এই ধ্বংসের জন্য জবাবদিহি করতে হবে। আমাদের মানুষের রক্তের প্রতিশোধ নেওয়া হবে, আর আমাদের শিশুদের কান্না আপনাদের কানে ধ্বনিত হবে।
এটা শুধুমাত্র ন্যায়বিচারের আহ্বান নয়; এটা প্রতিরোধের ডাক। আমরা, বাংলাদেশের জনগণ, নিজেরাই এক উত্তাল জলোচ্ছ্বাসের মতো উঠে দাঁড়াব, আর এই বিশ্বাসঘাতকতা যেন কোনোভাবেই শাস্তি ছাড়া না থাকে তা নিশ্চিত করব। ভারত, আপনার কাজের ফলাফল আছে। আমরা দৃঢ়, আমরা ঐক্যবদ্ধ, এবং ন্যায়বিচার না পাওয়া পর্যন্ত আমরা থামব না।
To the people of India and Bangladesh,
Today, our hearts burn with the fires of indignation and grief. The sudden release of water from India’s Dambur Dam has unleashed floods upon the innocent people of Bangladesh, drowning our lands, homes, and dreams. The rivers have turned into raging torrents, forcing millions to suffer the cruel consequences of decisions made beyond our borders.
To the Indian authorities, know this: every drop of this floodwater is a tear of our people, a drop of our blood. You have turned our rivers into weapons of destruction. We will not forget, and we will not forgive. Bangladesh stands united in its suffering, but also in its resolve. You will answer for this devastation. The blood of our people will be avenged, and the cries of our children will echo in your ears.
This is not just a call for justice; this is a call for resistance. We, the people of Bangladesh, will rise like a tide of our own, and we will ensure that this betrayal does not go unpunished. India, your actions have consequences. We stand strong, we stand united, and we will not rest until justice is served.
