Meet our 2 hours 50 minutes pacer for the 21.1KM half marathon at Cox's Bazar Marathon 2025 — Md. Aminul Islam!
Aminul is an avid runner who began his journey in 2021, during the global Covid-19 pandemic that brought the world to a standstill. Inspired by his father and driven by his active involvement in sports throughout school, college, and university, he developed a deep love for running.
Since joining the running community in 2021, Aminul has been consistently building his endurance and refining his technique. In 2025, he trained in core strengthening, lung capacity development, breathing improvement, and speed training under the guidance of Dr. Babar Ali and M. Shahanul (Big Brother).
In addition, he has taken part in various fitness boot camps over the past few years to further enhance his physical abilities.
