ফ্রিল্যান্সিং আসলে কী?
ফ্রিল্যান্সিং শব্দটা তো এখন অনেক শোনা যায়। কিন্তু এই ফ্রিল্যান্সিং বলতে আসলে ঠিক কী বোঝানো হয়? ফ্রিল্যান্সিংকে বাংলা ভাষায় মুক্ত পেশা বলা হয়ে থাকে। কেন জানেন? কারণ এই প্রফেশনে যারা কাজ করেন, তারা আর দশটা সার্ভিস হোল্ডারের মতো কোনো কোম্পানিতে জব করেন না। তাহলে ফ্রিল্যান্সিংয়ে কী করা হয়? বলছি! ফ্রিল্যান্সিং হচ্ছে এমন একটা প্রফেশন যেখানে মানুষ তার স্কিলসেট এবং এক্সপেরিয়েন্স ব্যবহার করে সেগুলোর বেসিসে ক্লায়েন্টদের সার্ভিস দিয়ে থাকেন। অর্থাৎ ফ্রিল্যান্সিংয়ের মেইন কনসেপ্টটা হলো নিজের স্কিলকে পুঁজি করে কোনো কোম্পানির অধীনে চাকরি না করে একইসঙ্গে একাধিক ক্লায়েন্টকে তাদের রিকোয়ারমেন্ট বুঝে সার্ভিস প্রোভাইড করা এবং সেখান থেকে আর্ন করা।
