তুমি দ্বীপের রানী
আমার জন্মভূমি,
হে প্রিয় জেলা ভোলা!
গর্বিত আমি জন্মে তোমার বুকে
তোমাকে যে খুব ভালোবাসি।

তুমিই রূপবতী!
প্রাকৃতির অপরূপ সৃষ্টি!
তোমার মাঝেই খুঁজে পাই
এ মনের প্রশান্তি।

আমার কাছে তো
তুমিই রূপনগর,
তোমারই ভালোবাসা
হৃদয়ে তোলে ঝড়;

যদি প্রশ্ন করা হয়
আছে কি কোন রুপ নগরী?
যার থেকে ছড়াবে আলো‍;
চারদিক করে দিবে আলোকিত?

বলিষ্ঠ কণ্ঠে বলবো আমি
তোমার চর্ম চোখ
এখনো ধন্য হয়নি,
দেখে প্রিয় ভোলার
রূপ-লাবণ্য সৌন্দর্য-প্রাকৃতি!

হে প্রিয় ভোলা! ভালোবাসি কথাটা এখনো হয়নি বলা, তবে আবেগগুলোকে আর বেঁধে রাখতে পারলাম না .
ভোলা ভালোবাসি তোমায়..
