এসি বিস্ফোরণ কেনো? কিভাবে? করনীয়?
সাম্প্রতিক সময়ে বাংলাদেশ এয়ার কন্ডিশনার বা এসি ব্যবহার বাড়ছে। তেমনি বাড়ছে এসি বিস্ফোরণের ঘটনা।
কেন ঘটছে এসি দুর্ঘটনা??
১. রুমের লোড অনুপাতে এসি ব্যবহার না করা অর্থাৎ রুমের আকার অনুযায়ী সঠিক ক্ষমতার এসি ব্যবহার না করার কারণে ঘটছে দুর্ঘটনা
২. এসি থেকে হিমায়ক লিক হওয়া এবং এটি রুমে বা এসির ভিতরে জমে কারনে বিস্ফোরন ঘটতে পারে। যেমন এসিতে 410a (ডাইক্লোরো মিথেন ও পেন্ট্রাফ্লোরো ইথেনের মিশ্রণ ) ব্যবহার করা হয় যা অত্যন্ত দাহ পদার্থ
৩. বর্তমান প্রতিযোগিতার বাজারে অনেকে চীন থেকে অত্যন্ত কম মূল্যে নিম্নমানের জিনিস দিয়ে তৈরি এসি এনে এর গায়ে নামি ব্যান্ডের স্টিকার লাগিয়ে বিক্রি করছে এসব এসি এর গুণগত মান নিয়ে প্রশ্ন থেকে যায়। এই নিম্নমানের এসির ভিতরে ফ্যান, তারের বৈদ্যুতিক ব্যবস্থাপনা গুলো ঠিক থাকে না। ফলে সেখানে কারিগরি ত্রুটি দেখা যায় অনেক সময় দুর্ঘটনার সূত্রপাত করে।
৪. বর্তমানে এসিতে যে হিমায়ক ব্যবহার করা হয়, এই হিমায়কে সহজে আগুন ধরে যায়, কোন কারণে সেটির লিক হয়ে জমে থাকলে সেখানে বৈদ্যুতিক কারণে আগুনের স্ফুলিঙ্গ তৈরি হলে বা ম্যাচের কাঠি জ্বালালে বিস্ফোরণের ঘটনা ঘটতে পারে
৫. দীর্ঘক্ষন টানা এসি চালালে। যার ফলে এসির প্রেসার বেড়ে যায় এবং সেটিকে গরম করে তোলে, আবার বৈদ্যুতিক হাই ভোল্টেজ এর কারণে ইলেকট্রনিক যন্ত্রের উপর চাপ তৈরি হওয়াতে এসি বিস্ফোরণের ঘটনা ঘটে।
৬. কম্প্রেসার এর ভিতরে ময়লা আটকে জ্যাম তৈরি হলে এসি বিস্ফোরনের ঘটনা ঘটে।
৭. এসির আউটডোর সাইট ও ইনডোর ইউনিট এর বৈদ্যুতিক তার নড়বড়ে হয়ে থাকার ফলে শর্ট সার্কিটের তৈরি হয়। যার জন্য এসি বিস্ফোরণ হয়।
৮. বজ্রপাত বা বৃষ্টির সময় এসি চালালে ভালো আর্থিং ব্যবস্থা না থাকলে এসি দুর্ঘটনা ঘটতে পারে।
৯. এসি বিষফোড়নের কারণ কম্প্রেসারের লিমিটের চেয়ে বেশি রেফ্রিজারল্যান্ড চার্জ করলে হাই প্রেসার তৈরি হয়।
১০. এসি দুর্ঘটনার একটি বড় কারণ রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের অভাব বা দক্ষ টেকনিশিয়ান দ্বারা এসি সার্ভিসিং না করানোর জন্য এসি দূর্ঘটনার ঘটনা ঘটছে।
এসি দুর্ঘটনা রোধে করণীয়ঃঃ
একটু সচেতনতা আর সতর্কতা অবলম্বনই এসব ঘটনা থেকে পরিত্রাণ পাওয়ার একমাত্র অবলম্বন।
১. ২৪ ঘণ্টা এসি চালু রাখবেন না। দীর্ঘক্ষণ চালু থাকলে এসির যন্ত্রপাতি অতিরিক্ত গরম হয়ে আগুন ধরে যেতে পারে। বেশ কিছুক্ষণ চালিয়ে অন্তত এক-দুই ঘণ্টা এসিকে বিশ্রাম দিন।
২ . বছরে অন্তত একবার প্রফেশনাল টেকনিশিয়ান দ্বারা এসি চেক আপ করান। কারন মেকানিক্যাল বা ইলেকট্রিক্যাল ফল্টের কারনে যে কোন সময় আগুন ধরে যেতে পারে আপনার এসি থেকে। তাই টেকনিশিয়ান দ্বারা চেক করিয়ে রাখুন আপনার এসির কানেকশনে কোন ফল্ট আছে কিনা।
৩. ফিল্টার পরিষ্কার রাখুন;
খেয়াল রাখুন যেন এসির ভেতর কিছু জমাট বেঁধে না যায়। আপনার এয়ার কন্ডিশনার এর এয়ার ফিল্টার নিয়মিতি পরিষ্কার করুন বা যদি আপনার পুনঃব্যবহারযোগ্য ফিল্টার থাকে তাহলে একটি নির্দিষ্ট সময় পর তা পরিবর্তন করুন। এটি সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণত এসি রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের কাজগুলির মধ্যে একটি।
৪ . বৈদ্যুতিক হাই ভোল্টেজ এড়ানোর জন্য ভবনগুলোর ছাদে বজ্রনিরোধক ব্যবস্থা রাখুন।এবং বাড়িতে সার্কিট ব্রেকার ব্যবহার করা
৫. নকল এসি ব্যবহার থেকে বিরত থাকুন। অনেক সময় নিম্নমানের ও মানহীন যন্ত্রাংশ এসব নকল এসিতে ব্যবহার করে বিখ্যাত কোন এসির নাম ও লোগো দিয়ে বাজারে বিক্রি করা হয়। তাই এসি কেনার সময় অবশ্যই সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করতে হবে।
৬. বছরে অন্তত একবার পেশাদার টেকনিশিয়ান দিয়ে এসি সার্ভিসিং করতে হবে। বিশেষ করে শীতের সময় বেশ কিছু দিন বন্ধ থাকার পরে গরমের আগে আবার চালু করার আগে অবশ্যই সার্ভিসিং করে নিতে হবে।
৭. বৃষ্টিও বজ্রপাতের সময় এসি ব্যবহার বন্ধ রাখা।

To prevent AC accidents:
A little awareness and caution is the only resort to get rid of these events.
1. Do not turn on AC for 24 hours. If the long time is turned, the equipment of the AC may heat up and caught fire. Take for quite a while, rest for at least one or two hours.
2. Check up AC by professional technician at least once a year. Because of the mechanical or electrical fault, the fire can be caught at any time from your AC. So check by the technician to check if there is any fault in your AC connection.
3. Keep the filter clean;
