Dear Me,
I know you’ve been carrying a lot lately — thoughts you don’t always say out loud, worries you try to hide behind a smile, and dreams you’re scared might never happen. But I want you to remember something important: you are still here, still trying, still becoming.
You don’t have to have everything figured out right now. Life is not a race, and healing is not a straight line. Some days will feel heavy, and some nights will feel endless, but you have survived every difficult moment so far. That strength matters.
Please be kinder to yourself. You speak to others with patience and understanding, so give some of that softness to your own heart too. You are allowed to rest. You are allowed to grow slowly. You are allowed to change your mind, start over, and ask for help.
I hope you never forget the little things that make you who you are. Your quiet resilience, your ability to care deeply, your hope even after disappointment. Those parts of you are precious.
One day, you’ll look back at this version of yourself with compassion instead of criticism. You’ll realize that even in uncertain moments, you were doing your best with what you knew.
Keep going. Keep believing in small beginnings. Keep choosing yourself, even when it feels difficult.
And no matter what happens, please remember:
You are worthy of love, peace, happiness, and a life that feels like home.
With love,
Me
