لَا تَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِیْنَ یَفْرَحُوْنَ بِمَاۤ اَتَوْا وَّ یُحِبُّوْنَ اَنْ یُّحْمَدُوْا بِمَا لَمْ یَفْعَلُوْا فَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّهُمْ بِمَفَازَةٍ مِّنَ الْعَذَابِ١ۚ وَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ اَلِیْمٌ

যারা নিজেদের কার্যকলাপে আনন্দিত এবং যে কাজ যথার্থই তারা নিজেরা করেনি সেজন্য প্রশংসা পেতে চায়, তাদেরকে তোমরা আযাব থেকে সংরক্ষিত মনে করো না। আসলে তাদের জন্য যন্ত্রণাদায়ক শাস্তি তৈরী রয়েছে।[আল ইমরান ১৮৮]
