10 habits to change your life in 2025:
(Pick ONE action and get started this week!)

1) Read every day

Read what you like; fiction, non-fiction, comics, articles, poetry, etc.
Reading helps you connect the dots in various fields of your own life, and makes you wiser.

2)Meditate every day

There is so much noise around us every second.
This will bring you clarity.

It could be starting with as little as 5 minutes, on a YouTube guided meditation.
And then go on to other meditation apps for longer durations, as you progress.

3) Workout

Dance. Do that headstand. Go lift weights. Or go for that outdoor run.
Whatever brings out the fire in you.

4) Sleep for 7-8 hours a day

Sleeping well is perhaps the single biggest determinant of physical and mental energy.

It is ridiculous how easy it is to gain that energy and how many of us still waste this natural cure to so many problems!

5) Send cold emails

I have collaborated with the smartest, most capable people I know, and all of it started with a random email.

Increase your chances of luck with a cold email.

6) Meet someone new every week

People have amazing stories, amazing experiences, amazing things to share.
You will walk away with something that you need to think upon, work upon or improve upon.

7) TV for less than 2 hours a week

Less TV means less numbing of your senses, less chances of being seduced to not sleep on time, and less time consuming.

And that means more time feeling alive, more chances of sticking to your schedule and more time thinking.

8) Think in questions

Asking questions allows you to dig deeper into a situation.
It helps you pause and reflect.

9) Resisting the obvious

It sets you up for outcomes that most of the world will not witness for themselves.

10) Share what you know

You might be thinking that who would be interested in your journey?

However, someone out there will be inspired to get up and do the work they need to do because you decided to share.

Document your journey.
Your future self will be glad you did it.

Maturity is accepting that something doesn't work for you while respecting that it works for others.

Realise what works for you and follow that.

I wish more people did this. The world would be a much better place!

Your first step isn't special because it was your best.

Your first step is special because it was your start.

Life is the sum of small things that work out, not one big thing that works out.
Let the power of compounding positively surprise you.

Take that first step - and don't stop!

Others may laugh because they lack the courage to do what you're doing.
They stay stuck in their comfort zones.

But never forget that you are the one benefitting.

You are the one winning.

Admitting you’re wrong is NOT a sign of weakness.

A mistake does not devalue you.
A mistake is a life teacher with a lesson.

Ignoring it invites it back.

It takes strength to leave your pride behind and learn the lesson.
On the other side, awaits a better you.

Making mistakes is not the mistake.
Not learning from them is.

Never forget that you’re living someone else’s dream life.

Don’t be so focused on the future that you forget to see how far you’ve come.
How you’ve achieved what you wished for ♥️

A ship is safest at the shore, but that’s not what it’s made for.

To get comfortable with taking risks, try this:

Build your risk-taking muscle by trying something risky every day.
Different levels of risk.

Write that cold email.
Smile at that stranger.
Sing or dance in public.
Ask for money from random people.
Volunteer for that project

Nobody was born knowing everything.
Not even the greatest minds!

We all move forward by stumbling, failing, and picking ourselves back up.
But that isn't enough.

What differentiates the outcome is how we view it.

"What does this teach me?" as against "What is wrong with me?"

Embrace failure.

1) Those who make fun of your insecurities and when you are hurt, tell you that you are too sensitive.

2) Those who do not contribute to the relationship, but expect you to be invested and engaged in the relationship.

3) Those who dismiss your success as luck or destiny and never acknowledge your hard work or capability.

We may not always get to choose our relationships. But the worst tragedy is to choose the wrong ones, despite knowing they are wrong.

Don't do this to yourself.
