🔹 About the Role
As a Junior Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and moderating multiple social media platforms, ensuring high-quality engagement, and collaborating with various internal teams. 🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Social Media Management & Moderation
Oversee and manage daily activities across Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn (Business Pages), Pinterest, and YouTube
Monitor audience interactions, respond to comments/messages, and maintain brand tone and consistency
Implement engagement strategies to foster a strong online community
✅ Advertising & Sponsorship Collaboration
Work closely with the advertising and sponsorship teams to execute campaigns efficiently
Play a lead role in sponsored content management and ad placements
Assist in strategizing content distribution to maximize reach and engagement
✅ Brand Engagement & Content Optimization
Ensure content aligns with the company’s brand identity and objectives
Provide insights and recommendations based on audience behavior and analytics
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices
🔹 What We’re Looking For
We are seeking individuals who are:
✨ Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
✨ Excellent in teamwork and leadership
✨ Strong communicators with a good understanding of digital media
Preferred but not mandatory:
✔️ Background in digital marketing or media-related fields
✔️ Completion of a social media marketing course
✔️ Previous experience in brand collaborations or sponsorship management
🔹 Job Details
📍 Work Hours: Any 8-hour shift between 10 AM – 11 PM (Flexible)
🌍 Work Location: Remote / Online
💰 Salary: ৳12,000/month (After 2 months of training, performance-based bonuses will be added)
📄 Contract: Minimum 6-month commitment
