পোলাও এর সাথে মাছ ভাজি খাওয়ার উদ্দেশ্যে বাজারে গিয়ে এই বিশাল আকারের মাছটি কিনে নিই।5.5kg ওজনের মাছটির দাম নিয়েছে 140 yuan বা ২৩০০/- টাকা প্রায়। পানি থেকে জীবিত তুলে নিয়ে দক্ষতার সাথে কেটেকুটে দেয়। দেখতে রুই মাছের মতোই কিন্তু সঠিক জানিনা রুই মাছ কিনা।

ভিডিওটি করেছিলাম রমজান মাসে। ইয়েমেনি বন্ধুদের সাথে ইফতার করতে গিয়েছিলাম সাংহাইয়ের হুশি মসজিদে। ইয়েমেনি কালচার অনুযায়ী, রমজান মাসে আসরের নামাজের পর সবাই গোল হয়ে কোরআন হাতে নিয়ে বসে। নিয়ম হচ্ছে ডান পাশ থেকে প্রতিজন এক পৃষ্টা করে কোরআন তিলাওয়াত করবে ইফতারের আগ পর্যন্ত। ওই সময় রেকর্ড করে নেওয়া কিছু শ্রুতিমধুর তিলাওয়াত।
