It isn't easy. Sludging through the days when you're continually being denied what it is you're working towards.

I suppose life is about learning to swat away the disappointment of failed dreams and, to instead take pleasure in the knowledge that some of what you're living through is exactly what you prayed for before that has come true.

I haven't quite learned that yet but I'll get there.
