Never share,
not everyone deserves access.

Your deepest wounds.
Not every listener is a healer,
some are just collectors of your pain.

Your goals in early stages.
People don’t clap for seeds. They wait for the tree to fail.

Your income and success.
The moment you reveal it, comparison, envy, and silent competition begin.

Your relationship details.
The more people know, the more opinions enter.

Your acts of worship.
What’s between you and Allah loses purity when it becomes performance.

Your fears and insecurities.
In the wrong hands, they become weapons.

Your past mistakes.
Some people don’t forgive, they archive.

Your kindness.
Do it quietly. The loudest kindness often seeks applause, not reward.

what if a good person starts slipping?
Get changed by hardship if they respond wrongly. Continuous pain may lead to despair, anger at Allah (Nauzubillah) , isolation, or sin.
That’s why Islam doesn’t just warn about trials,
it warns about how you carry them.
Lose sabr, and pain turns into frustration.
Lose tawakkul, and tests feel meaningless.
Stop guarding your heart… and slowly, you lose yourself.
Because the real danger was never the test,
it was drifting away while being tested. Islam doesn’t shame them
it calls them back.
Back to prayer.
Back to du‘a.
Back to dhikr.
Back to people who remind them of Allah.
Because slipping under pressure
is not proof you’re abandoned
it’s a sign you need to return.
A righteous soul may be drowning in trials…
not because they’re distant from Allah,
but because they’re being purified, raised, and prepared.
And another may be surrounded by ease…
not because they’re more beloved,
but because they’re being given time
a quiet test wrapped in comfort.

So be careful with your conclusions.
What you see is just the surface.
The reality? Only Allah knows.

It hits your body like a real injury.

Your brain feels it as pain.
Your heart races under stress.
Your chest tightens. Sleep disappears.
Your energy crashes. Your immunity drops.

Extreme grief can even trigger Takotsubo cardiomyopathy, a condition that mimics a heart attack. It can spiral into anxiety, illness, and long-term damage.

Turn to Salah, even shattered.
Make du’a for healing, not just what you lost.
Trust Allah’s plan, He removes what harms you.
Guard your heart from haram attachments.
Replace overthinking with dhikr.
Cut what keeps reopening the wound.

The Qur’an reminds:
“Perhaps you hate a thing, and it is good for you.”

We’re in Dhul-Qi’dah right now.
Dhul-Qi’dah is a time of spiritual “breathing space”. The life of a believer is often characterized by a sprint toward the finish line of Ramadan and an intense ritual climax during Hajj.
WHY IMPORTANT? :
✅1st Dhul-Qi’dah 6 AH
:Signing of the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah
(greatest victory for the unhindered preaching of Islam and forced the Quraysh to recognize the Muslims as a legitimate sovereign power.)
✅Dhul-Qi’dah 7 AH: Umrah al-Qada (The Fulfilled Pilgrimage)
Prophet (SW) performed four Umrahs after the Hijra, all of which were either initiated or entirely contained within the month of Dhul- Qidah.
QUALITATIVE IMPACT:
❌Sins- Multiplied in gravity and burden
✅Righteous deeds- Multiplied in reward and proximity
❌Human conflict-prohibited(defensive only)

FOR NON-PILGRIMS:
1. Voluntary Fasts: Fasting on Mondays, Thursdays, and the “White Days” (13th-15th) is highly encouraged.
Night Prayer (Tahajjud): Using the quiet hours of the night to seek forgiveness.
2.Sadaqah (Charity): Giving regularly to extinguish sins “as water extinguishes fire”.
3.Remembrance (Dhikr): Keeping the tongue “moist” with the praises of Allah, specifically SubhanAllah, Alhamdulillah, and Allahu Akbar.
FOR PILGRIMS:
1.Physical Preparation: Building stamina through regular walking to prepare for the miles covered during tawaf and the movement between sites like Arafat and Mina.
2.Logistical Readiness: Finalizing travel documents, securing vaccinations, and putting one’s worldly affairs, debts and wills.
3.Educational Foundation: Mastering the complex legal rulings of Hajj to ensure the pilgrimage is performed correctly and accepted.

Dhul-Qi’dah teaches that the quality of the peak is determined by the quality of the preparation. It remains the silent, steadfast anchor of the Hijri year, inviting the faithful to “sit,” reflect, and prepare for the journey of a lifetime. ✨
