25 August is not just a memory ,it is the day our lives were torn apart, the day we carried pain that words can never hold. Yet in every tear, there is courage. In every silence, there is resistance. We are still standing, still speaking, still believing that justice and dignity will rise for us all. Today, we remember not only the suffering, but also the unshakable strength of our people.

Every time Rohingya get a little space, the world witnesses how silence turns into strength. Today’s gathering in Cox’s Bazar reminds us ,our potential has always been here, waiting to be seen !

We lost our homes, don't take our future
Our childhood is paused by poverty, not peace
We are children, not crisis numbers

These are the real voices of Rohingya students in the refugee camps.
Not spoken out loud, but written with broken books and heavy hearts.

They once sat in classrooms with teachers, lessons, and dreams.
Today, many are sitting in silence because their learning centers have been shut down.
All this is happening because of major funding cuts, especially from UNICEF.

Classrooms are disappearing
Books are gathering dust
Dreams are being held back

They are not asking for sympathy
They are asking for the chance to learn, grow, and hope again

Even in exile, they still believe in education
Even in poverty, they still write their dreams on paper
Even in silence, they still carry a voice

Please don’t scroll past them
Every closed school is a closed future
Every forgotten child is a lost opportunity

Let’s not let that happen

Huge congratulations to the 10 Rohingya students who just began their university studies in the Philippines — especially those coming from refugee camps in Bangladesh for the first time.

Arriving in two batches on June 19 and July 3, they’ve shown what’s possible when refugees are given a chance.

Grateful to the Philippines for making this happen. May more countries follow.
