- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline development.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field from a reputed university.

#ঢাকা_বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের কম্পিউটার বিজ্ঞান ও প্রকৌশল বিভাগে পড়ান তাঁরা—উপমা কবির, শৈলী কবির ও মিত্রা কবির।

তাঁদের শিকড় এই বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়েই, আর সেই শিকড় ছড়িয়ে রয়েছে পরিবারজুড়ে। বাবা আহমদ কবির ছিলেন ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের বাংলার অধ্যাপক, মা নিলুফার বেগম ছিলেন ঢাকা সিটি কলেজের সাহিত্যের অধ্যাপক। ছোটবেলা থেকেই তাঁদের ঘর ছিল মুক্তচিন্তা আর আলোচনার আঙিনা—যেখানে শিক্ষাবিদদের উপস্থিতি আর বিদ্যার জোয়ারে গড়ে উঠেছে তাদের মনন।

তিন বোনই পছন্দ করলেন বিজ্ঞান, যদিও বাবা-মা দুজনই ছিলেন সাহিত্যের মানুষ। তবু কোনো বাধা ছিল না। বরং ছিল অনুপ্রেরণা। একজন ভাবতেন, বিজ্ঞানেই ভবিষ্যৎ, আরেকজনের মতে, আধুনিক যুগের শিক্ষায় আধুনিক বিষয়ের প্রয়োজন। এভাবেই সাহিত্যের ঘর থেকেই জন্ম নিল তিনজন প্রকৌশল মন। মিত্রা কবির ছিলেন ছায়ানটের শিল্পীও; গান আর গণিত, দুইয়ের প্রতি ভালোবাসা তাঁকে গড়ে তুলেছে বহুমাত্রিকতায়।

তিন বোনই সুযোগ পেয়েছিলেন মেডিকেল বা বুয়েটের মতো জায়গায় পড়ার, কিন্তু তাঁরা বেছে নিয়েছিলেন ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়কে। এই ক্যাম্পাসের উদার আবহাওয়া, মুক্ত চিন্তা আর বড় হওয়ার অনুভব তাঁদের আকর্ষণ করেছিল সবচেয়ে বেশি। বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় যেন শুধু শিক্ষার কেন্দ্র নয়, বরং দৃষ্টিভঙ্গির প্রশস্ত এক প্রাঙ্গণ।

তিনজনই নারী প্রকৌশল শিক্ষার্থী হিসেবে কখনো তেমন বাধার সম্মুখীন হননি। তাঁদের পরিবারে কখনো এই প্রশ্ন তোলা হয়নি—“প্রকৌশলে কেন পড়বে?” বরং ছিল বিশ্বাস আর স্বাধীনতার পরিবেশ। রাতে রিকশায় ঘোরা, গলা ছেড়ে গান গাওয়া, বন্ধুদের আনাগোনা—সবই ছিল স্বাভাবিক। এমন স্বাধীনতাই জন্ম দিয়েছে সাহসী সিদ্ধান্তের।

তাঁদের শিক্ষকতার পথ সব সময় একসঙ্গে হয়নি। কেউ না কেউ উচ্চশিক্ষার জন্য ছিলেন দেশের বাইরে। তবু একদিন, শিক্ষক সমিতির নির্বাচনে, একসঙ্গে ছয়জন—তিন বোন, তাঁদের বাবা ও দুজন স্বামী—ভোট দিতে গিয়েছিলেন। সেটি হয়ে উঠেছিল তাঁদের পরিবারের এক গর্বের মুহূর্ত।

এই পরিবারের পরবর্তী প্রজন্মও কি একই পথ ধরে হাঁটবে? প্রশ্নটির উত্তরে উত্তর পাওয়া যায় মূল্যবোধের গভীরতায়। শিক্ষকতা তাঁদের কাছে শুধু একটি পেশা নয়, বরং জাতি গঠনের দায়িত্ব। তাই নতুনদের উদ্দেশে তাঁদের প্রত্যাশা—যোগ্যতার ভিত্তিতে গড়ে উঠুক এমন একটি সম্মানজনক জায়গা।

সবশেষে, এই গল্পের মূলে রয়েছে পরিবার—যেখানে মা-বাবা ছিলেন কেবল অভিভাবক নন, ছিলেন সন্তানদের বন্ধু। সেই বন্ধুত্ব আর ভালোবাসার জায়গা থেকেই জন্ম নিয়েছে আত্মবিশ্বাস, এবং সেই আত্মবিশ্বাসই তিন বোনকে দাঁড় করিয়েছে আজকের এই উচ্চতায়।
