Citizens of the capital will be able to turn on their heating starting from Saturday 15 November .

রোম শহরের বায়ু দূষণের অন্যতম প্রধান উৎস আবাসিক হিটিং সিস্টেম হওয়ায় বায়ুর গুণমান রক্ষার প্রয়োজনীয়তার প্রতি সাড়া দিয়ে এবং জলবায়ু ও শক্তির জন্য মেয়রদের চুক্তির অধীনে গৃহীত শক্তি সংরক্ষণের প্রতিশ্রুতিতে অবদান রাখার জন্য, রোমের মেয়র রবার্তো গুয়ালটিয়েরি ১৪৭ নম্বর অধ্যাদেশ স্বাক্ষর করেছেন, যা ২০২৫-২০২৬ শীতকালীন মৌসুমের জন্য হিটিং সিস্টেমের সময়কাল, পরিচালনার সময় এবং তাপমাত্রা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে।
১৫ নভেম্বর থেকে ৮ এপ্রিল ২০২৬ পর্যন্ত সিস্টেমগুলি প্রতিদিন সর্বোচ্চ ১১ ঘন্টা, সকাল ৫ টা থেকে রাত ১১ টা পর্যন্ত সক্রিয় করা যেতে পারে। তবে, ক্যাপিটোলিন প্রশাসনের অফিসগুলির জন্য, প্রতিদিন সর্বোচ্চ ১০ ঘন্টা।
রাষ্ট্রপতির ডিক্রি নং ৭৪/২০১৩-এ উল্লেখিত সীমার তুলনায় ১° সেলসিয়াস তাপমাত্রা হ্রাস নির্ধারণকারী এই অধ্যাদেশটি শিল্প, কারিগরি এবং অনুরূপ কার্যকলাপের জন্য ব্যবহৃত ভবনগুলির সর্বোচ্চ তাপমাত্রা ১৭° সেলসিয়াস (+২° সেলসিয়াস সহনশীলতা) এবং অন্যান্য সকল ভবনের জন্য ১৯° সেলসিয়াস (+২° সেলসিয়াস সহনশীলতা) নির্ধারণ করে।
অধ্যাদেশটি ব্যবহারের উপর ভিত্তি করে নির্দিষ্ট শ্রেণীর ভবনগুলির জন্য ছাড় প্রদান করে। পরিচালনার সময় এবং ঘন্টা সংক্রান্ত বিধিনিষেধ স্বাস্থ্যসেবা সুবিধা; অবসর গৃহ; প্রি-স্কুল এবং ডে-কেয়ার সেন্টার; সুইমিং পুল এবং সনা; কনডোমিনিয়ামে অবস্থিত নয় এমন কূটনৈতিক মিশন; এবং শিল্প ও হস্তশিল্প কার্যকলাপের জন্য ব্যবহৃত ভবন যেখানে প্রযুক্তিগত বা উৎপাদন প্রয়োজন তা বাদ দেয়, সেখানে প্রযোজ্য নয়।
In response to the need to protect air quality , given that residential heating systems represent one of the main sources of air pollution in the city of Rome, and also to contribute to the energy conservation commitment undertaken under the Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy, Rome Mayor Roberto Gualtieri has signed Ordinance No. 147 , which regulates the period, operating hours, and temperatures of heating systems for the 2025-2026 winter season.
The systems may be activated from November 15th until April 8th 2026 for a maximum of 11 hours per day , between 5 am and 11 pm . For the offices of the Capitoline Administration, however, for a maximum of 10 hours per day.
The ordinance, which establishes a 1°C reduction compared to the limits indicated in Presidential Decree no. 74/2013, stipulates that the maximum temperature in buildings used for industrial, artisanal, and similar activities is 17°C (+2°C tolerance), and 19°C (+2°C tolerance) for all other buildings.
The ordinance provides exemptions for specific categories of buildings based on their use. The restrictions regarding operating times and hours do not apply to healthcare facilities; retirement homes; preschools and daycare centers; swimming pools and saunas; diplomatic missions not located in condominiums; and buildings used for industrial and craft activities where technological or production needs preclude this.
