Job Circular: Full-Time English Trainer (Mentor)

Position Overview
Cumilla IT Institute is hiring a full-time English Trainer (Mentor) who is passionate about teaching and mentoring students. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping students improve their English communication skills and prepare for professional, academic, and freelancing success.

Key Responsibilities
✅Conduct regular English language classes focused on Grammar, Speaking, Writing, Listening, and Reading.
✅Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials according to the curriculum
✅Use interactive and practical teaching techniques to engage learners
✅Guide and mentor students to develop confidence and effective communication skills
✅Provide English training with a career-focused approach, especially for freelancing and job interviews
✅Encourage active class participation and maintain a growth mindset among learners
✅Monitor student attendance and ensure discipline in the classroom
✅Conduct assessments, spoken practice sessions, and quizzes to evaluate progress
✅Provide individual support and extra help to students who are struggling
✅Maintain student performance records and report progress to the management
✅Communicate effectively with students, parents (if needed), and the institute’s management
✅Contribute to curriculum updates and the development of teaching materials
✅Attend internal meetings, training programs, and workshops as required
✅Collaborate with other mentors and departments for overall student development

Qualifications & Requirements
✅Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field
✅Minimum 1–2 years of teaching or mentoring experience
✅Strong command of spoken and written English
✅Excellent interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills
✅Familiarity with digital teaching tools is a plus
