đ Harriet Tubman â The Moses of Her People đ
Born into slavery in Maryland in 1822, Harriet Tubman knew nothing but chains and suffering in her early life. Yet deep inside, she carried a dream â the dream of freedom.
With unshakable courage, Harriet escaped slavery herself. But she didnât stop there. Risking her own life, she returned again and again to guide more than 300 enslaved people to freedom through the Underground Railroad. đâ¨
She became known as the âMoses of Her Peopleâ, because she led her community from the darkness of slavery to the light of freedom.
During the Civil War, Harriet even served as a nurse, scout, and spy for the Union Army, proving her bravery on every battlefield.
Her life is a timeless reminder that:
đ âTrue heroes are not born with power â they are made through courage, sacrifice, and an unbreakable will.â
