📌 Job Requirements

Strong English communication skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading & Writing)

Ability to communicate directly with U.S. clients (call, email, chat)

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and online tools

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work night shift (U.S. time zone)

🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)

O/A Level, HSC, or equivalent background preferred

English-medium background is an advantage

IELTS score will be an added advantage
