🔹 Hiring Alert: Hiring for multiple positions for our HR and Admin department-
1. Executive/Sr. Executive (Factory HR Operations)

Key Responsibilities:
# Manage daily HR operational tasks including attendance, leave, and overtime records.
# Handle employee documentation, personnel file maintenance, and HRIS updates.
# Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee confirmation processes.
# Provide HR support to production units for smooth workforce management.
Requirements:
# Master’s in HRM/Business Administration or related field.
# 4–5 years of relevant HR experience (RMG factory background preferred).

2. Executive/Sr. Executive (Industrial Relations)

Key Responsibilities:
# Act as the first point of contact for all IR & grievance-related issues.
# Maintain a positive relationship between management and workers to ensure a peaceful working environment.
# Ensure compliance with Bangladesh EPZ Labor Law, Labor Rules, and factory regulations.
# Handle disciplinary matters, show cause, warning, and domestic inquiries in line with compliance standards.
Requirements:
# Master’s in HRM, Law, or relevant field.
# 4-5 years’ practical experience in IR handling in RMG sector.
# Sound knowledge of Bangladesh EPZ Labor Law & Rules.

3. Executive/Sr. Executive (Admin)

Key Responsibilities:
# Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative activities within the factory.
# Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities, housekeeping, canteen, transport, and security.
# Manage vendor relationships for utilities, supplies, and services.
# Handle administrative documentation, reporting, and correspondence efficiently.
Requirements:
# Master’s degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.
# 4-5 years of proven experience in Admin (preferably in the RMG sector).
# Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
# Ability to work independently with a problem-solving mindset.
# Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

ঈদে মিলাদুন্নবীর ছুটির তারিখ পরিবর্তন-

তবে ঈদে মিলাদুন্নবীর সরকারি ছুটি পাবেন না যারা-

আসন্ন পবিত্র ঈদে মিলাদুন্নবী (সা.) উপলক্ষে শনিবার, ৬ সেপ্টেম্বর সারাদেশে সাধারণ ছুটি ঘোষণা করেছে সরকার। এর আগে ৫ সেপ্টেম্বর এ ছুটি নির্ধারিত ছিল। তবে চাঁদ দেখা সাপেক্ষে তারিখ পুনর্নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে।

যারা এই ছুটি পাবেন না—

জরুরি পরিষেবার আওতায় থাকা বিদ্যুৎ, পানি, গ্যাস, ফায়ার সার্ভিস, টেলিফোন, ইন্টারনেট, ডাকসেবা, হাসপাতাল, চিকিৎসাসেবা, ওষুধ ও চিকিৎসা সরঞ্জাম পরিবহনসহ সংশ্লিষ্ট যানবাহন ও কর্মীরা এ ছুটির বাইরে থাকবেন।
