ঠান্ডা কাশি জ্বরের ভাইরাস এখন ঘরে ঘরে। আগে আমার ঠান্ডা কাশি হলে আমি গরম পানি খেতাম শুধু। অবস্থা বেগতিক হলে মশলা চা করতাম দারুচিনি, এলাচি, তেজপাতা, লবঙ্গ দিয়ে। সাথে দিলাম লেবু। আদা পছন্দ নয় বলে অ্যাভয়েড করতাম। এবার কাশির অবস্থা এমন বেগতিক, বাচ্চা আমার কাশির জন্য ঘুমাতে পারছেননা। াসায় কোন মশলাও নাই লবঙ্গ ছাড়া। ৬/৭ টা লবঙ্গ ১০ মিনিট ধরে পানিতে ফুটিয়ে সামান্য চা পাতা দিয়েই নামিয়ে লেবুর রস যোগ করে খেলাম এই মশলা চা। ট্রাস্ট মি! জাস্ট ৫ মিনিটে আমার কাশি ভালো হয়ে গেল আলহামদুলিল্লাহ। এর আগে অনেক ধরনের মশলা দিয়ে চা বানিয়েও আমি এই উপকার পাইনি। তাই ভাবলাম শেয়ার করি আপনাদের সাথে।
