Chocolate Fudge Brownies.........😋😋😋

👉Ingredients:
• ½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
• 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ¾ cup (95 g) all-purpose flour
• ¼ cup (25 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
• ¼ teaspoon salt

(Optional add-ins)
• ½ cup chocolate chips or chunks
• ½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, etc.)

💁‍♂️Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8x8-inch (20x20 cm) square baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Combine wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until well blended and slightly thickened.
3. Mix dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
4. Combine: Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula. Mix until just combined — don’t overmix.
5. Optional: Fold in chocolate chips or nuts for extra richness and texture.

Red Velvet Cake Recipe.....😋😋😋

👉Ingredients:
• 2½ cups (310 g) all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons (15 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1½ cups (300 g) sugar
• 1 cup (240 ml) vegetable oil
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup (240 ml) buttermilk
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon white vinegar
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons red food coloring

💁‍♂️Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 8-inch (20 cm) round cake pans or one 9×13-inch rectangular pan with parchment paper.
2. Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3. Prepare wet mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together sugar and vegetable oil until well combined. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and red food coloring.

Super Soft Milk Bread Recipe.........😋😋😋

Step 1: Make the Poolish Starter (Overnight Preferment)

👉Ingredients:
• 100g bread flour
• 100g warm water
• 3g active dry yeast

💁‍♂️Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix bread flour, warm water, and yeast until smooth and combined.
2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate overnight (8–12 hours).
The poolish will become bubbly and have a slightly ye**ty aroma by morning.



Step 2: Make the Main Dough

Ingredients:
• 260g bread flour
• 50g cake or pastry flour
• 8g instant dry yeast
• 50g sugar
• 50g beaten egg (about 1 large egg)
• 25g milk powder
• 55g heavy cream
• 95g lukewarm milk
• 5g salt
• 25g unsalted butter (softened)
• All of the poolish starter from Step 1

🧑‍🍳 Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine bread flour, cake flour, milk powder, sugar, salt, and yeast. Mix briefly.

Add the egg, heavy cream, lukewarm milk, and all of the poolish starter.
Mix until a sticky dough forms.

• If kneading by hand, knead for 10–12 minutes until smooth and elastic.
• If using a stand mixer, knead with a dough hook on medium speed for about 8 minutes.
Add the softened butter and continue kneading for another 5–8 minutes, until the dough passes the windowpane test (stretchy and thin without tearing).

Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a greased bowl.
Cover and let rise for 60–90 minutes, or until doubled in size.

Punch down the dough to release gas.
Divide into 8–10 equal pieces (about 70–80g each).
Shape into smooth balls or oval rolls.
Place on a parchment-lined baking tray.

Cover the shaped dough lightly with plastic wrap or a damp towel.
Let rise for 40–50 minutes, or until puffy and nearly doubled.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) about 15 minutes before baking.

Brush the tops with milk or beaten egg for a shiny golden finish.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.

Let the bread cool on a wire rack for 10–15 minutes before serving.

• 1 cup rice flour
• ½ cup tapioca flour
• ¾ cup sugar
• 2 cups coconut milk
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• Food color (green or any color you like — pandan green is traditional)

🥣 Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Batter
1. In a large bowl, mix rice flour, tapioca flour, sugar, and salt.
2. Gradually add the coconut milk, stirring continuously until the sugar fully dissolves and you get a smooth, lump-free batter.
3. Add vanilla essence and mix again.
4. Divide the batter into two equal portions:
• Leave one portion plain (white).
• Add green food color (or pandan essence) to the other portion.



Step 2: Prepare the Steamer
5. Grease a round or square baking pan lightly with oil.
6. Prepare your steamer — bring water to a boil.

• 100 g almond flour
• 100 g powdered sugar
• 25 g unsweetened cocoa powder
• 100 g egg whites (about 3 large eggs, aged 1–2 days if possible)
• 100 g granulated sugar
• A pinch of salt

Chocolate Ganache Filling:
• 120 g dark chocolate (finely chopped)
• 120 ml heavy cream
• 15 g unsalted butter

🥣 Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Dry Mix
1. In a food processor, combine almond flour, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
2. Pulse a few times to make sure the mixture is fine and lump-free.
3. Sift the mixture through a fine sieve into a large bowl — discard any coarse bits.



Step 2: Make the Meringue
4. In a clean, grease-free bowl, beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until foamy.
5. Gradually add granulated sugar while continuing to beat.
6. Beat until stiff, glossy peaks form (the meringue should be shiny and thick).
