Chocolate Fudge Brownies.........😋😋😋
👉Ingredients:
• ½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
• 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ¾ cup (95 g) all-purpose flour
• ¼ cup (25 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
• ¼ teaspoon salt
(Optional add-ins)
• ½ cup chocolate chips or chunks
• ½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, etc.)
💁♂️Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8x8-inch (20x20 cm) square baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Combine wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until well blended and slightly thickened.
3. Mix dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
4. Combine: Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula. Mix until just combined — don’t overmix.
5. Optional: Fold in chocolate chips or nuts for extra richness and texture.
6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter).
8. Cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
