🍕 Chicken Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

For the Pizza Dough (or use store-bought):

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp dry yeast

1 tsp sugar

ÂŊ tsp salt

Sauces

ž cup warm water

1 tbsp olive oil

For the Topping:

1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)

ÂŊ cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

ÂŊ tsp chili flakes (optional)

ÂŊ tsp oregano or Italian seasoning

ÂŊ onion (thinly sliced)

ÂŊ green bell pepper (thinly sliced)

1 tomato (sliced or diced)

Olives or mushrooms (optional)

Step 1: Make the Dough (Skip if using ready-made)

1. In a bowl, mix yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let it sit for 10 minutes until frothy.

2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead into a soft dough.

3. Cover and rest for 1 hour until doubled in size.

Step 2: Prepare the Chicken

Use grilled, boiled, or leftover chicken. Add a little salt, pepper, and paprika if needed.

Step 3: Assemble the Pizza

1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).

2. Roll out the dough into a circle and place on a baking tray or pizza pan.

3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the base.

4. Add chicken, sauces and sprinkle cheese generously.

5. Add oregano and chili flakes.

Step 4: Bake

Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the cheese melts and the crust turns golden.

Use a hot preheated oven for a crispy base.

For spicy chicken pizza, add some chopped green chilies or hot sauce.

Honey Chilli Potato || Recipe 👇

Ingredients:

3 potatoes (cut into fingers)

2 tbsp cornflour + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

Salt & pepper

Oil for frying

1 tbsp chopped garlic + 1 tbsp chopped ginger

2–3 green chilies, bell peppers (optional)

2 tbsp ketchup + 1 tbsp soy sauce + 1 tbsp chili sauce

1ÂŊ tbsp honey

Chili flakes, sesame seeds, spring onion for garnish

Method:

1. Coat potato fingers with cornflour, flour, salt & pepper. Deep fry until crisp.

2. In a pan sautÊ garlic, ginger, chilies, and bell peppers. Add sauces, chili flakes, and honey.

3. Toss fried potatoes in sauce quickly on high heat.

4. Garnish with sesame seeds & spring onion. Serve hot. ✅
