🦷 বাচ্চাদের দাঁত ওঠার সময় ব্যথা কেন হয়?

বাচ্চাদের নতুন দাঁত ওঠার সময় মাড়িতে চাপ তৈরি হওয়ায় ব্যথা, অস্বস্তি ও মাড়ি একটু ফুলে যাওয়ার মতো সমস্যা হতে পারে। অনেক সময় বাচ্চা খিটখিটে হয়ে যায়, বেশি লালা ঝরে বা খাবার খেতে অনীহা দেখায়,

💡 যা করতে পারেন:
✔️ পরিষ্কার আঙুল দিয়ে আলতো করে মাড়ি ম্যাসাজ করুন
✔️ ঠান্ডা (বরফ নয়) teething ring দিতে পারেন
✔️ পর্যাপ্ত পানি ও স্বাভাবিক খাবার দিন
✔️ অতিরিক্ত মিষ্টি বা খুব শক্ত খাবার এড়িয়ে চলুন
