📝 Ingredients Needed
For Soup Base
• 3 Egg Yolks
• ½ Cup Tomato Ketchup
• 3 Tbsp Chilli Sauce
• 3 Tbsp Corn Flour
• 1 Tsp Chilli Powder
• 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
• 4–5 Slices Thai Ginger (Galangal)
• 2 Tbsp Sugar
• 1 Tsp Salt
• 5 Cups Water
For Soup Cooking
• Lemon Grass (Cut Into Pieces)
• ½ Tsp Oil
• 1 Garlic Clove
• ½ Cup Chicken (Small Pieces)
• ½ Cup Shrimp
• 2 Tbsp Mushroom
• ¼ Tsp Salt
• ¼ Tsp Black Pepper Powder
• ¼ Tsp Pepper Powder
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare Soup Mixture
o In A Bowl, Mix Egg Yolks, Tomato Ketchup, Chilli Sauce, Corn Flour, Chilli Powder, Lemon Juice, Thai Ginger, Sugar, Salt, And Water.
o Mix Well And Keep Aside.
2. Start Cooking The Soup
o Heat Oil In A Pan.
o Add Garlic And Fry For 30 Seconds.
o Add Chicken And Fry For 2 Minutes.
o Add Shrimp, Salt, Black Pepper, And Mushrooms.
o Fry For 1 Minute.
3. Boil & Thicken
o Pour In The Prepared Soup Mixture.
o Cook Until It Starts Boiling.
o Add Lemon Grass Pieces.
o Add Fried Chicken And Shrimp.
o Sprinkle Pepper Powder And Cook Until The Soup Thickens.
4. Serve Hot
o Remove Lemon Grass Before Serving If Desired.
