We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Assistant (FB & Google Ads + Copywriting + Scaling Expertise)
About the Role:
As our Marketing Assistant, you’ll work directly with the founder/marketing lead to strategize, implement, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Facebook/Meta and Google platforms. You’ll also help craft compelling ad copy, landing page content, and assist in account scaling strategies. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and can work independently while staying aligned with our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook (Meta) and Google Ads campaigns
• Research target audiences and competitor strategies
• Write engaging, conversion-focused ad copy and A/B test creatives
• Assist in managing ad budgets, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest data-backed scaling strategies
• Maintain campaign dashboards, reporting, and performance updates
• Collaborate on funnel optimization, lead generation, and retargeting strategies
Must-Have Skills:
• Proven experience managing Facebook and Google ad accounts
• Strong copywriting skills — persuasive, creative, and clear
• Deep understanding of campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, etc.)
• Familiar with scaling strategies (lookalike audiences, retargeting, funnel tweaking, etc.)
• Attention to detail and ability to spot opportunities in the data
• Self-starter with great time management and organizational skills
Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience with email marketing, funnels, or e-commerce platforms
• Experience using Slack, Asanaa
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Shopify, or ClickFunnels
Job Type: Part-Time (with potential to grow into full-time)
Location: Remote
Working hours: 8 pm to 12 am
Compensation: Based on experience
