Honored to be invited by His Excellency Christian Brix Mølle, Ambassador of Denmark to Bangladesh, for a thought-provoking event at Manzo on the urgent challenge of food waste. 🌍

A special zero-waste menu was prepared by my dear friend Chef Zohra, turning food scraps into absolute culinary magic. Couldn’t be prouder of her talent and vision!

Big thanks to the Embassy of Denmark for leading this inspiring initiative for the International Day of Awareness of Food Loss and Waste which will be on 29th September.

Together, let’s fight food waste and work towards a more sustainable future!

If you want to try a completely authentic cuisine, you can check out Hua Dine like I did. They serve Chinese food from the Hunan Province and I think our Bengali tastebuds will enjoy it quite a lot!

The price is on the higher end due to the sourcing of ingredients but all the dishes can be shared easily.
