শিক্ষাজীবন থেকে ক্যারিয়ারের পথে সেতুবন্ধন, নিটারে ‘Thrive 2026’ অনুষ্ঠিত।

শিক্ষাজীবন ও পেশাজীবনের মধ্যে সেতুবন্ধন তৈরি এবং শিক্ষার্থীদের ভবিষ্যৎ ক্যারিয়ারের জন্য প্রস্তুত করার লক্ষ্যে সাভারের ন্যাশনাল ইনস্টিটিউট অব টেক্সটাইল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং অ্যান্ড রিসার্চ (নিটার)-এ অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে দিনব্যাপী ক্যারিয়ারভিত্তিক আয়োজন ‘Thrive 2026’। নিটার ক্যারিয়ার ক্লাব (NCrC)-এর উদ্যোগে আয়োজিত এ অনুষ্ঠানে NITER National Job Fest, Case Catalyst ও Public Speaking প্রতিযোগিতার আয়োজন করা হয়।

শনিবার (৫ সেপ্টেম্বর ২০২৬) অনুষ্ঠিত এ আয়োজনে প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন বাংলাদেশ টেক্সটাইল মিলস অ্যাসোসিয়েশনের (BTMA) সভাপতি শওকত আজিজ রাসেল। বিশেষ অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন BTMA-এর সহ-সভাপতি শরিকুল ইসলাম সরকার। এছাড়াও নিটারের পরিচালক সহ বিভিন্ন স্বনামধন্য প্রতিষ্ঠানের মানবসম্পদ বিভাগের কর্মকর্তা ও প্রতিনিধিরা উপস্থিত ছিলেন।

আয়োজনের প্রথম পর্বে অনুষ্ঠিত হয় Case Catalyst ও Public Speaking প্রতিযোগিতার ফাইনাল রাউন্ড। এতে স্কুল, কলেজ ও দেশের বিভিন্ন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষার্থীরা অংশগ্রহণ করেন। বাস্তবভিত্তিক সমস্যা বিশ্লেষণ, যুক্তি উপস্থাপন, সৃজনশীল চিন্তাভাবনা ও যোগাযোগ দক্ষতার মাধ্যমে প্রতিযোগীরা নিজেদের সক্ষমতা তুলে ধরেন।

‘Thrive 2026’-এর অন্যতম আকর্ষণ ছিল NITER National Job Fest। এতে দেশের বিভিন্ন স্বনামধন্য প্রতিষ্ঠানের স্টলে গ্র্যাজুয়েটেড ও অধ্যয়নরত শিক্ষার্থীরা সিভি জমা দেওয়ার সুযোগ পান। পাশাপাশি প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলোর মানবসম্পদ বিভাগের প্রতিনিধিদের সঙ্গে সরাসরি যোগাযোগ এবং চাকরি ও ক্যারিয়ারসংক্রান্ত বিভিন্ন বিষয়ে আলোচনা করেন চাকরিপ্রত্যাশীরা।

চাকরির প্রস্তুতি ও সিভি তৈরির বিষয়ে শিক্ষার্থীদের পরামর্শ দেন স্কয়ারের HR বিভাগের এক্সিকিউটিভ মো. রাজিন। তিনি বলেন, “সিভিতে কী লেখা আছে তার চেয়ে বেশি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সিভির অ্যালাইনমেন্ট। বর্তমানে ATS-friendly CV অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।” তাঁর বক্তব্যে বর্তমান নিয়োগপ্রক্রিয়ায় সঠিকভাবে সিভি প্রস্তুতের গুরুত্ব উঠে আসে।

একাডেমিক শিক্ষার পাশাপাশি সফট স্কিল অর্জনের ওপর গুরুত্বারোপ করেন হা-মীম গ্রুপের HR কর্মকর্তা নূর-ই-সাবা ঈশিতা। তিনি বলেন, “একাডেমিক পড়াশোনার পাশাপাশি বিভিন্ন সফট স্কিল জানা জরুরি, যা চাকরির বাজারে আপনাকে এগিয়ে রাখবে।”

দিনব্যাপী আয়োজনের শেষপর্বে বিভিন্ন ক্লাব পার্টনার, মিডিয়া পার্টনার ও অংশগ্রহণকারী প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রতিনিধিদের সম্মাননা স্মারক প্রদান করা হয়। এর মাধ্যমে আয়োজনে সহযোগিতাকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান ও সংগঠনগুলোর প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করেন আয়োজকরা।

পরে নিটার ফ্যাশন ক্লাবের উদ্যোগে অনুষ্ঠিত হয় মনোমুগ্ধকর ফ্যাশন শো। বর্ণিল এ আয়োজনের মধ্য দিয়ে শেষ হয় ‘Thrive 2026’-এর দিনব্যাপী কর্মসূচি।

শিক্ষার্থীদের একাডেমিক জ্ঞানের পাশাপাশি বাস্তব কর্মক্ষেত্রের চাহিদা, নিয়োগপ্রক্রিয়া, যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা ও পেশাগত প্রস্তুতির সঙ্গে পরিচিত করার মাধ্যমে ‘Thrive 2026’ শিক্ষাজীবন থেকে কর্মজীবনে প্রবেশের পথে একটি কার্যকর সেতুবন্ধন হিসেবে ভূমিকা রেখেছে।

✨ Texcellence 3.0: A Celebration of Creativity, Innovation and Textile Excellence ✨

The Southeast Textile Club is set to bring back its highly anticipated flagship event, Texcellence 3.0, creating an exciting platform for creativity, innovation, talent and cultural expression.

As part of its continuous commitment to fostering creativity, innovative thinking and skill development among students, the Southeast Textile Club is organizing Texcellence 3.0—an event that goes beyond competition. It will serve as a vibrant meeting point for textile knowledge, art, culture, design and creativity.

This year's edition promises to be more diverse and engaging, offering participants the opportunity to showcase their talents across four exciting segments:

🎨 1. HandCraft

Theme: Textile Material-Based Handmade Products

Participants will create innovative and aesthetically appealing handmade products using textile materials, demonstrating their creativity and craftsmanship.

👗 2. Designer Showcase (Fashion Exhibition)

Theme: Reborn in Retro (90's)

Participants will reinterpret the charm of the 1990s through contemporary fashion while incorporating Bangladesh's rich heritage, culture and aesthetic identity into their designs.

🎤 3. TextTalk+

An inspiring knowledge-sharing session featuring experienced professionals and experts from the textile industry. The session will provide participants with valuable insights, real-world experiences and innovative ideas from industry leaders.

Theme: Sustainability Horizon

Participants will creatively explore different aspects of the textile sector through wall magazines and posters, with a special focus on sustainability and the future of the industry.

Texcellence 3.0 aims to encourage students to explore Bangladesh's traditional clothing, indigenous weaving techniques, art, culture and creative design from a fresh perspective. Through this initiative, participants will have the opportunity to present the country's rich textile and fashion heritage in innovative and inspiring ways.

AATCC Textile Week 2026 TEXATHON at AUST: Competitions, Fashion Show and National Textile Job Fair

The AATCC AUST Student Chapter is set to organize AATCC Textile Week 2026 – TEXATHON, a three-day flagship event designed to bring together innovation, creativity, technical excellence and industry collaboration in Bangladesh's textile and apparel sector.

The event will be held from 15 to 17 August 2026 at the Ahsanullah University of Science & Technology (AUST) campus, under the theme “Weave Ideas. Innovate Futures.” Life Textile Pvt. Ltd. has joined the event as the Title Sponsor.

TEXATHON aims to create a strong bridge between academia and industry by providing students with opportunities to demonstrate their skills, solve real-world challenges, exchange knowledge and connect with industry professionals.

The event will feature several technical, creative and business-based competitions, including The Brand Canvas – T-Shirt Design Competition, TexIntel – Textile Quiz Competition, Fabric Structure Analysis & Design (FSAD), TexNovation – Idea Display Competition, Ad Weave – Ad Making Competition, and The Industry Strategy – Business Case Competition.

In addition to the competitive segments, TEXATHON 2026 will feature three special attractions. Threads & Strokes – A Textile Art Exhibition will provide a platform for participants to showcase textile-based artworks and creative expressions. The Runway – Innovation in Threads Fashion Show will highlight innovative design concepts, textile applications and contemporary fashion on the runway.

Another major highlight will be the AUST National Textile Job Fair, scheduled for 16–17 August 2026 at the AUST campus. The job fair will be sponsored by Auko-Tex Group and will create opportunities for third- and fourth-year students as well as recent graduates to connect directly with leading organizations and industry professionals.

Participating organizations at the job fair include Life Textile Pvt. Ltd., Intelect Consultancy, Coats Bangladesh, Zain Global and Fortis Group, alongside Auko-Tex Group as the Title Sponsor.

According to the organizers, TEXATHON is not only focused on selecting competition winners. The broader objective is to create a platform where ideas can evolve into impactful solutions, talent can meet opportunity, and future textile leaders can begin their professional journeys.

By combining competitions, art, fashion, innovation and career opportunities, AATCC Textile Week 2026 – TEXATHON is expected to become a major gathering for textile students and young professionals in Bangladesh.

ঝিনাইদহ টেক্সটাইল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং কলেজের দশম ব্যাচের ওরিয়েন্টেশন ক্লাস ও নবীন বরন ২০২৬

গত ১৬ই আগস্ট সকল টেক্সটাইল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং কলেজগুলোতে একযোগে আয়োজিত হয় ওরিয়েন্টেশন ক্লাস ও নবীন বরন। ঝিনাইদহতেও এর ব্যতিক্রম ছিলো না৷ জেটেক তাদের ১০ম ব্যাচকে বরন করে নেয় দিনব্যাপী নানান আয়োজনের মাধ্যমে। সকাল ১০টার পর থেকে শুরু হয় ওরিয়েন্টেশন প্রোগ্রাম। যার সভাপতিত্ব করেন অধ্যক্ষ ইঞ্জিনিয়ার মো:ফিরো জখন্দকার। এবং উপস্থিত ছিলেন অত্র কলেজের সম্মানিত শিক্ষকবৃন্দ।সাথে উপস্থিত ছিলেন নতুন ব্যাচের অভিভাবকবৃন্দ। এবং প্রোগ্রামের দ্বিতীয় ভাগে সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠানের আয়োজন করা হয়৷
দিনব্যাপী সকল আয়োজনে সার্বিক সহযোগিতায় ছিলো অগ্নিবীণা সাংস্কৃতিক সংঘ।

নরসিংদী টেক্সটাইল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং কলেজে অনুষ্ঠিত হলো “জব ফেয়ার ২০২৬”

আজ ১৩ আগস্ট ২০২৬ নরসিংদী টেক্সটাইল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং কলেজ, সাহেপ্রতাপ, নরসিংদীতে অনুষ্ঠিত হলো শিক্ষার্থীদের বহুল প্রত্যাশিত “জব ফেয়ার ২০২৬”।

শিক্ষার্থীদের কর্মসংস্থানের সুযোগ সৃষ্টি, শিল্পপ্রতিষ্ঠানের সঙ্গে সরাসরি যোগাযোগ এবং ভবিষ্যৎ ক্যারিয়ার সম্পর্কে দিকনির্দেশনা প্রদানের লক্ষ্যে আয়োজিত এই জব ফেয়ারে উপস্থিত ছিলেন বিভিন্ন পর্যায়ের সম্মানিত অতিথিবৃন্দ।

এ ধরনের উদ্যোগ নরসিংদী টেক্সটাইল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং কলেজের শিক্ষার্থীদের কর্মজীবনে আরও এগিয়ে যেতে অনুপ্রেরণা জোগাবে—এটাই প্রত্যাশা।

জাতীয় পর্যায়ের প্রতিযোগিতায় Textile শিক্ষার্থীদের জ্ঞান, সমস্যা সমাধান ও যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা যাচাইয়ের সুযোগ

টেক্সটাইল ও অ্যাপারেল ইন্ডাস্ট্রিতে শিক্ষার্থীদের জ্ঞান, দক্ষতা ও আত্মবিশ্বাস বৃদ্ধির লক্ষ্যে JTEC Career Club আয়োজন করতে যাচ্ছে Textile Olympiad — Season 5।
যার মিডিয়া পার্টনার হিসেবে যুক্ত আছে Tex Media.

জাতীয় পর্যায়ের এ প্রতিযোগিতায় দেশের বিভিন্ন শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানের Textile শিক্ষার্থীরা অংশগ্রহণের সুযোগ পাবেন। প্রতিযোগিতার মাধ্যমে অংশগ্রহণকারীদের Textile Knowledge, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Communication এবং Confidence—এই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ দক্ষতাগুলো যাচাই ও উন্নয়নের সুযোগ তৈরি হবে।

আয়োজকদের মতে, বর্তমান প্রতিযোগিতামূলক চাকরির বাজারে একজন Textile Graduate-এর জন্য শুধু Academic Result বা CGPA যথেষ্ট নয়। Industry-Ready Professional হিসেবে নিজেকে প্রস্তুত করতে প্রয়োজন বাস্তব সমস্যা বিশ্লেষণ, কার্যকর সমাধান তৈরি, নিজের চিন্তা উপস্থাপন এবং আত্মবিশ্বাসের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করার সক্ষমতা। এসব বিষয়কে সামনে রেখেই Textile Olympiad Season 5 সাজানো হয়েছে।

এবারের আয়োজনটি মোট তিনটি Segment-এ অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।

1.*Textile Brain Battle*

এখানে অংশগ্রহণকারীদের Textile & Apparel Industry বিষয়ক জ্ঞান যাচাই করা হবে।

প্রথম ধাপে থাকবে ৬০টি MCQ-এর Online Examination। Online Round-এর ফলাফলের ভিত্তিতে সেরা ২৫ জন অংশগ্রহণকারী JTEC Campus-এর Final Round-এ অংশ নেওয়ার সুযোগ পাবেন। Final Round-এ থাকবে Written ও MCQ Examination।

এ Segment থেকে সেরা ৫ জন প্রতিযোগী পাবেন Prize Money, Awards ও Certificates।

2.*Case Study*

যেখানে অংশগ্রহণকারীদের বাস্তব RMG Industry-এর সমস্যার আলোকে চিন্তা ও সমাধান উপস্থাপনের সুযোগ দেওয়া হবে।

Registration সম্পন্ন করার পর অংশগ্রহণকারীদের Email-এর মাধ্যমে একটি Real-world RMG Industry Challenge পাঠানো হবে। Team হিসেবে সেই সমস্যাটি বিশ্লেষণ করে একটি কার্যকর Solution তৈরি করতে হবে।

Online Presentation Round থেকে সেরা ২৫টি Team পরবর্তী ধাপে যাবে। এরপর সেরা ৮টি Team JTEC Campus-এ অনুষ্ঠিত Grand Finale-এ নিজেদের Solution উপস্থাপনের সুযোগ পাবে।

এই Segment-এর সেরা ৩টি Team পাবে Prize Money, Awards ও Certificates।

3.*Ultimate Voice*

তৃতীয় Segment Ultimate Voice। এই Segment-এর মাধ্যমে অংশগ্রহণকারীদের Communication, Critical Thinking, Spontaneous Response এবং Confidence যাচাই করা হবে।

Registration-এর পর প্রতিযোগীদের Email-এর মাধ্যমে একটি Topic দেওয়া হবে। সেই Topic-এর ওপর Video Presentation তৈরি করে Online Round-এ Submit করতে হবে।

Online Round থেকে সেরা ১০ জন Speaker Live Final Round-এর জন্য নির্বাচিত হবেন। Final Round-এ প্রতিযোগীদের একটি Random Topic দেওয়া হবে এবং তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে সেই বিষয়ে মঞ্চে বক্তব্য উপস্থাপন করতে হবে।

এই Segment-এর সেরা ৩ জন Speaker পাবেন Prize Money, Awards ও Certificates।

আয়োজকদের প্রত্যাশা, Textile Olympiad Season 5-এর মাধ্যমে অংশগ্রহণকারীরা নিজেদের দক্ষতা যাচাইয়ের পাশাপাশি নতুন কিছু শেখার এবং জাতীয় পর্যায়ে নিজেদের সক্ষমতা তুলে ধরার সুযোগ পাবেন।

JTEC Career Club জানিয়েছে, Textile Olympiad Season 5-এর Registration ইতোমধ্যে শুরু হয়েছে।

আগ্রহী শিক্ষার্থীরা তাদের পছন্দের Segment নির্বাচন করে প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশ নিতে পারবেন।
