ক্তরাষ্ট্রের একাধিক বি-২ স্টিলথ বোমারু বিমান দেশটির পশ্চিম উপকূল থেকে প্রশান্ত মহাসাগরের দিকে অগ্রসর হচ্ছে বলে জানিয়েছে মার্কিন সংবাদমাধ্যম নিউইয়র্ক টাইমস। এটি ইরানে সম্ভাব্য হামলার প্রস্তুতি, নাকি তেহরানের ওপর কূটনৈতিক চাপ তৈরির কৌশল—তা স্পষ্ট নয়।

এই বিমানগুলো এমন বিশাল বোমা বহনে সক্ষম, যা ইরানের ভূগর্ভস্থ পারমাণবিক স্থাপনায় আঘাত হানতে পারে।

এই পরিস্থিতিতে প্রেসিডেন্ট ডোনাল্ড ট্রাম্প শনিবার বিকেলে নিউ জার্সি থেকে হোয়াইট হাউসে ফিরছেন। গত বৃহস্পতিবার ট্রাম্প জানিয়েছেন কূটনৈতিক প্রচেষ্টার জন্য তিনি দুই সপ্তাহ সময় নিচ্ছেন। এর মধ্যেই তিনি সিদ্ধান্ত নেবেন ইরানে যুক্তরাষ্ট্র হামলা চালাবে কি না। ইতিমধ্যে ইরানে হামলার পরিকল্পনা অনুমোদন করেছেন ট্রাম্প।

নিউইয়র্ক টাইমস জানায়, এয়ার ট্রাফিক কন্ট্রোলের তথ্য অনুযায়ী, যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের মিজৌরির হুইটম্যান বিমান ঘাঁটি থেকে একাধিক বি-২ বোমারু বিমান উড্ডয়ন করেছে। কিছু ফ্লাইট ট্র্যাকার সামাজিক যোগাযোগমাধ্যমে জানাচ্ছে, বোমারু বিমানগুলো গুয়ামের উদ্দেশে যাচ্ছে। সেখানে যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের বিভিন্ন সামরিক স্থাপনা আছে। তবে নিউইয়র্ক টাইমস এই তথ্য নিশ্চিত হতে পারেনি।

আল–জাজিরার খবরে বলা হয়, বি–২ বোমারু বিমানগুলো ভারত মহাসাগরের দিয়েগো গার্সিয়া ঘাঁটিতে স্থানান্তরের উদ্দেশ্যে উড্ডয়ন করা হয়েছে। দিয়েগো গার্সিয়াতে এই বিমানগুলো মোতায়েনের মানে হলো, এই ঘাঁটি থেকে উড়ার পর একবার মাত্র জ্বালানি নিয়ে (রিফুয়েলিং) বোমারু বিমানগুলো ইরানে হামলা চালাতে পারবে।

বি-২ বোমারু বিমানগুলো ৩০,০০০ পাউন্ড ওজনের ‘বাঙ্কার-বাস্টার’ বোমা বহনে সক্ষম। যা ইরানের ভূগর্ভস্থ ফর্দো পারমাণবিক স্থাপনায় হামলার জন্য ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে বলে আলোচনা আছে।

পরিবর্তিত পরিস্থিতিতে যুদ্ধ চালিয়ে যাওয়ার চুড়ান্ত পদক্ষেপ নিয়েছে ইরান। যারা বুঝতে পারছেন না এর মানে কী নিচে বিস্তারিতভাবে বলা হলো:

প্রথমত: এটি কোনো প্রশাসনিক দায়িত্ব হস্তান্তর নয়। এটি পূর্ণ ক্ষমতার হস্তান্তর। যার অর্থ হলো এখন বিপ্লবী গার্ড চাইলে পারমাণবিক সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে বা বড় ধরনের সামরিক হামলা চালাতে পারবে সর্বোচ্চ নেতার অনুমতি বা ধর্মীয় ফতোয়া ছাড়াই। এটি ইরানি শাসনব্যবস্থায় একটি বড় কৌশলগত পরিবর্তন।

দ্বিতীয়ত: এই সিদ্ধান্ত ভবিষ্যতের ‘খামেনি-পরবর্তী’ সময়ের জন্য প্রস্তুতির দিকে আলোকপাত করে। অর্থাৎ, যদি হঠাৎ করে খামেনির মৃত্যু বা হত্যা ঘটে তাহলে দেশ অচল হবে না। বিপ্লবী গার্ড নতুন নেতা নির্বাচিত না হওয়া পর্যন্ত সাময়িকভাবে দেশের নিয়ন্ত্রণ নেবে। ফলে কোনো ক্ষমতার শূন্যতা বা বিশৃঙ্খলা তৈরি হবে না।

তৃতীয়ত: এর মানে হলো ইরান বর্তমানে “আধ্যাত্মিক সমর্থিত সামরিক শাসন” - এর মধ্যে প্রবেশ করছে। মানে অন্তত ইসরায়েলের সঙ্গে চলমান এই যুদ্ধে। বিপ্লবী গার্ড এখন শুধু নিরাপত্তা ও সেনা বাহিনী নয়। তারা আপাতত শাসনক্ষমতার ভারও গ্রহণ করছে। এর ফলে ইসরায়েল, পারস্য উপসাগরীয় দেশসমূহ বা পারমাণবিক কর্মসূচি ইত্যাদি বিষয়ে সিদ্ধান্ত হবে আরও কঠোর এবং আপসবিমুখ।

চতুর্থত: এই পদক্ষেপটি আপদকালীন সময়ের চাপের মধ্যে নেওয়া হয়েছে। মানে এটি স্পষ্ট যে সর্বোচ্চ নেতার জীবনের প্রতি সত্যিকারের হুমকি রয়েছে। তিনি এখন অতি সতর্ক৷ এটা সম্ভাব্য ‘সংস্কারপন্থীদের’ ক্ষমতা দখলের সুযোগ বন্ধ করতেও হতে পারে। যারা মূলত পশ্চিমা ব্যাকড।

পঞ্চমত: বর্হিবিশ্বের (বিশেষত ইসরায়েল ও আমেরিকার) প্রতি স্পষ্ট বার্তা - “গাইড” বা সর্বোচ্চ নেতাকে হত্যা করলেও ইরানের গতি থেমে থাকবে না। বরং সবচেয়ে কঠোরপন্থী শক্তির হাতে ক্ষমতা চলে যাবে।

ষষ্ঠত: এই সিদ্ধান্তের মাধ্যমে ভবিষ্যতে ইরানের যেকোনো সামরিক অভিযানের তাৎক্ষণিকতা, তৎপরতা আর শুধু প্রতিক্রিয়া হবে না। বরং এটি একটি পূর্ব পরিকল্পিত নীতির অংশ হয়ে উঠবে।

সপ্তমত: এখন ইরান একেবারে একটি “আধ্যাত্মিক-মাধ্যমে পরিচালিত সামরিক রাষ্ট্র”, যেখানে শাসকদের পোশাক খাকি, আবায়া নয় - অন্তত যুদ্ধ শেষ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত।

মূল বিষয় হলো, ইরান ঝড়ের আগে নিজের কার্ডগুলো নতুনভাবে সাজাচ্ছে। গোটা অঞ্চলকে এই ঘটনার তাৎপর্য গভীরভাবে অনুধাবন করতে হবে। কারণ এর মাধ্যমে পশ্চিম এশিয়ার দাবার বোর্ডে এক নতুন অধ্যায়ের সূচনা হলো।
