Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel Launches “Seasonal Mango Creations”

Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel is excited to unveil its latest summer offering, “Seasonal Mango Creations”, a limited-time selection of mango-infused desserts available exclusively at GBC (Gulshan Baking Company) and Bahar Multi-cuisine Restaurant.

The launch was celebrated with an exclusive tasting event featuring signature creations like Mango Cheesecake, Mango Tart, Thai Mango Coconut Sticky Rice, and other refreshing seasonal delights—each curated to highlight the vibrant flavor of mango in creative new ways.

A standout from the tasting was the Mango Sushi, a unique amalgamation of ripe mango and Japanese sushi technique. This inventive dish was a favorite of the newly appointed Executive Chef, Aphithak Withojit, fondly known as Chef Mac.
