🔥 Breaking: Sheikh Hasina Faces Contempt of Court Charges
On May 1, 2025, Bangladesh's International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) issued a show-cause notice to former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and her aide, Shakil Alam Bulbul, in a contempt of court case. The tribunal, led by Justice Golam Mortuza Mozumder, acted upon an audio clip allegedly featuring Hasina interfering with judicial proceedings and issuing threats to the tribunal.
Both Hasina and Bulbul have been instructed to respond to the notice by May 15.
